Unfortunately my DP200 had a problem this last Saturday evening, I sent an email to YesWelder support and had a response back in a few minutes. Sunday Raymond with YesWelder support got back to me and had me send him some pics and a short video clip. Later that day he had me try a few things, and was really trying to get me back up and running, he was very helpful and apologized for any inconvenience this was causing. The next day he had me try one more thing, unfortunately that didn’t work, he let me know that a replacement welder would be sent out asap and to hang onto my welder. I was blown away with how much these guys stand behind their products and are always there to help me if I need it. Thank you Raymond and the YesWelder team. I will keep telling people what a great ownership experience this has been. I’m looking forward to many years of YesWelder products being in my shop!

FIrst off I want to apologize. I jumped the gun and wrote a review out of anger. I want to say I bought the yeswelder 135 pro and a yeswelder welding helmet along with some welding rods. Love the welder. It does everything I need it for plus some. Yes I did have an issue with the helmet the adjuster is break and it won't adjust. Yeswelder is sending me a new helmet. Yeswelder is standing behind there product. If you need any welding equipment I do actually recommend yeswelder. The products they sale are top notch. I will be making future purchases through them

I have had interactions with three individuals at Yes Welder today and over the last few days: Raymond in shipping, and Sherwin and Ana in technical support. In each case the support was professional, friendly, positive, and very helpful. I almost NEVER write reviews, but the support was so good that I felt I should give this feedback. I purchased a DP200 because I had borrowed one from a friend and liked it. So, for me, this is a good company with good products and with good people with good attitudes. I will do business with them again.

First this welder was a huge upgrade over my old welder. Also I had an issue with my order, and customer service was amazing. I talked many times with Ana, and she kept in communication as the product was sent out. Great communication and amazing product.

I reached out, looking for some replacement screws for my foot pedal cord. Ana was quick to respond and was very helpful. She asked me to send her a picture and in less than 24 hours Raymond notified me I had a package in route. I was shocked to find a whole new foot pedal sitting at my door!

Bought a yes welder about 3 years ago. The cooling fan never worked sent them an email to see if I could buy the parts I needed. Long story short Ana emailed me back and they sent me a new welder! She was great to deal with went above and beyond to help me.

I had a problem with my MP200, and it ended up being replaced under warranty. The customer service rep that helped me was named Raymond. He was very helpful in getting the issue resolved and made the warranty process very easy.
