Purchased MP200. I had an issue with one of the ancillary components. The issue was resolved promptly by Raymond, Ana and the support team. In less than 24 hours the issue was resolved with the solution exceeding my expectation. They provide the ability to talk directly to a person, backed up with email and texting services in resolving the issue. I'm convinced, Yeswelder not only builds a quality product but understands the importance for a strong technical and customer support team. Thank you Yeswelder.

I purchased a TIG/MIG package. The shipping was fast and all items arrived undamaged and work great. It seems to be well made. I had a small issue that was handled extremely well. My DP200 failed and I was directed to "care" team when I called in the "support" group because I purchased this DP200 via kickstarter. The only way I can communicate to "care" is via e-mail. Once "care" got my video of the DP200 problem they went quiet. I have to contact "support" and they helped me get "care" to respond to me and send me a brand new replacement. I was disaaponited with care, but YesWelder support is great. Special thanks to Victor and Ana at the support group. You guys are wonderful.

YesWelder customer service is second to none. They are responsive, helpful and professional. They were quick to help me fix an issue on an out of warranty welder I purchased from them at no cost to myself, which is simply unheard of in this day and age.

So far yes welder experience has been great received my 205ds pro very timely fashion and Raymond helped me today find my cord and regulator I presumed it came at same time as welder turns out Raymond located and it's still in transit very quick customer service ! My 3 year old MP200 developed an Overcurrent fault issue. I had contacted tech support to try to resolve the issue. Initially I had no success. The first representative I communicated with several times, providing the same information requested multiple times, could only respond multiple times the unit was out of warranty. I knew that but I was hoping I could at least be referred to a service center for repair. After I made my dissatisfaction with customer service, my case was taken over by Ana. After one email she had determined from previous information that there was an internal problem with the unit. I was given two options to take care of my problem. I chose the option to have my unit replaced. The replacement went out within the week. Great customer service if you get the right representative.

Tripple A rating for Yeswelder customer support made possible by Ana. My past customer support experiences from other companies darkened my expectations when my plasma stopped working. My expectations immediately took a 180 degree turn when Ana came into the picture. Ana provided expert and patient guidance toward addressing my issue. The results far exceeded my expection and Yeswelder refund or replacement policies exceeing anythig else that I have ever experienced...I'm 71 so that's a huge statement. I hoping to never having issues with Yeswelder products, but its reassuring to know that Ana will be there if I need her.

I had ordered a Plasma expendables kit from the Yes Welders website, to keep this short, I never received it thru the UPS & USPS shipping. I contacted customer service and Raymond replied, after a brief explanation and some digging on both ends to located package we came up empty. Raymond just informed me that a replacement was shipped and gave me tracking info. This all happened in less than a week. Kudos to Raymond and Yes Welders for exemplary customer service. I have purchased 3 different welding machines from Yes and am quite happy with each. Thanks, Tom

The staff is also wonderful in helping with a problem I had. I had my new welder stop running and I called YesWelder and reached Ana. She was able to get all the info they needed to send out a new welder. Ana was great to work with and very patient with all the questions I had. I know there were other staff that helped get this to me, but Ana was my initial contact. A week later, I had my new welder and am off and welding. Thank you so much to Ana and the staff at Yes Welder for their competence and understanding.
