Really good dealing with Ellice and the rest of the team. From the very start they were keeping me updated with progress which is always reassuring. They were very professional and dealt with any issues that came up very efficiently. It made the selling of my property less stressful than it could have been without them. Yieldit recently sold a flat for me in a short space of time. Ellice and the team were very friendly and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process.

Yieldit has demonstrated a quick and tailor made services to us. The sale and follow up people are dedicate, patient and responsible. We’ll have no any hesitation to introduce Yieldit to our friends.

I, like many people, don't often write reviews. However, in this case, I really want to say thank you to Harry Fishpool and Alex Plaskett at Yieldit. Alex managed the sale for the vendor (we were the buyer.) he's a great communicator and totally professional. Harry, who handled the after sales process is to be 100% recommended. He was on the case every single day to get the deal done and frankly, made a hugely positive difference to the whole experience. If only everyone involved in the buying and selling of property were this reliable and professional! When I come to sell, I won't consider going anywhere else but Yieldit.

Excellent service . Very helpful . Guided the sale from start finish and someone is always available to advise or deal with issues promptly . Selling a property with tenants isn't the most straight forward of sales but Yeildit were fantastic and made it as stress free as they possibly could!..

Sadly Yieldit didn't sell our property or generate any leads in a 4 month period. I sadly felt the service was a little lacklustre and we did need to chase up on a complaint we made (about hearing nothing). Overall we felt that the service was lacking proactivity.

The feedback given by their team was that the yield was too low. We did explain that the property used to be a serviced accommodation (and could indeed resume being one) achieving yields of c. 11.5% but this wasn't reflected in the advert. We did offer on several occasions to evidence this. We feel this was one of the main reasons for the lack of interest.

As a result of the low yields mentioned in the advert and competition, they suggested reducing the price significantly by £8k (approximately 6% off the asking price). We were not comfortable with this.

Going forwards we are moving to a local agent who has more intricate knowledge of the market.

To balance the review, their team did seem friendly and the onboarding process was good.

I can absolutely recommend Yieldit, from start to finish they have been absolutely fantastic! From Daniel who answered all of my initial questions regarding what they do, their fee, how much I want to market the property for, to Razvana who located an investor, set up viewings and provided help, advice and answered every question I had, nothing was too much trouble for her, to Jasmin who was always there to assist with anything required to help the sale go through. I have to say, they are wonderful and an absolute credit to their company. They have such a friendly helpful manner, I can honestly say it’s been my absolute pleasure getting to know them. I can honestly say to anyone thinking of going with this company, DO IT!! You will not be disappointed. When I first decided to put my property on the market, with a tenant in place, I wondered if it was possible to get a sale at the price I was looking for. The team at Yieldit have surpassed my expectations. It is so refreshing to deal with people who go about their business in my opinion in the proper manner. Professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They were all absolutely faultless 10/10 for me!! Thank you to all the team!

Fantastic experience specially with the after sales team Jasmin was really impressive with her
perseverance and accuracy in following every step all the way through and informing me with the
progress of the Sale.

The staff at Yeildit were very helpful and professional during the whole process. They listened to my requests and kept me updated throughtout the sale. When there were problems, which were not of their making, they were open and realistic with me and always returned my calls.
Overall I highly recommend them.

Despite the company mainly selling buy to let properties, they were very helpful, mainly estate Agent Adam who guided us through the whole process and happily and quickly answered any questions we had.
