Steph at Your Immigration solutions has helped us to get my husband’s indefinite leave to remain and naturalisation in the UK. We have found Steph to be personable, professional, and prompt to reply. Her expert advice helped us to get a successful result with the applications she supported with. She previously helped us with initial visa extension as well. For me, it was worth the peace of mind to have an expert look at the application. It took some of the anxiety out of it, when the application cost itself is so high. Poor knowledge of the new rules, obnoxious, refused to listen to my case. Battered me with phone calls till I replied. Pushed me to arrange a call and then made silly excuses to not attend it.

Edit: After reviewing the response from Your Immigration Solutions below, I would like to clarify why I ultimately decided not to engage with their services. Steph was the first solicitor I consulted, and I reached out to her during a time of uncertainty, when I was trying to stay informed through LinkedIn updates. I had shared a few of these links with her to provide context around my questions.

During our consultation, I felt that my proactive approach was met with an unexpected response, as I was indirectly advised that researching the subject on my own might not be helpful, and I was trying to be an expert myself. At the end of our exchange, I mentioned I might consult other professionals to ensure I was fully informed.

They have not heard from me in 8 months as of course, I was seeking solutions elsewhere in alignment with my experience, and have received satisfactory advice and outcome!

From the moment I searched online for a lawyer to carry me through the immigration process of my spouse and child re-joining me here in the UK, YI Solutions got in touch amongst all other services. The difference was that YI solutions headed by Steph did not only systematically guide me to understand what the process would look like, she was very proactive in educating other agencies like my accountant about the quality of report needed and ensuring they kept up with the required time frame. Steph did not hesitate to help fill out for me some of the forms I found daunting especially with my busy schedule and limited time.
