Solo pude entrar en la app una vez. Después no me dejó nunca.

Program (product) is not sold efficiently fair and honest in it's subscription sale to customers. Company presents 3 options, customer chooses a plan and needs to tick a box confirming they accept terms & conditions. The options includes a lower value in large bold text with a small value crossed out beside it. Once you submit your selection and enter your payment details, you are provided no confirmation on what you have committed too. Effectively, Yoga Detox can charge anything they want on renewal (the small figure crossed out) and if you ask, they will not provide you with this information either (I asked twice and was refused the information, stating it was 'whatever I agreed with at the time I selected the terms and conditions acceptance'. They rely on customers not having access to this information. My opinion is that the product was basic, repetitive and a complete waste of money, even at the bated low price. There are far better yoga programs and transparent companies out there to chose from.

I like how the exercises are made for my needs. I took their quiz and was given a personalized program. And I'm already seeing results, thanks!

Good yoga and very relaxing. Particularly like how their yoga blocks feel. Will be trying their footpads soon. So excited to use it!

I super love their footpads. It makes me feel refreshed in the morning following my busy days. Exercises are super comfortable to do too. The recipes on their detox ebook is also soooo good. 🔥

I have practiced yoga for many years and was looking forward to this program. Unfortunately, this program focuses way too much in Savasana. It feels like you are forgotten about. It is fine at the end of a workout but in the middle it is confusing. I have found better yoga elsewhere where you are not charged after only trying a workout. I would not recommend this app.

It's fine ... a bunch of videos strung together to make a workout. I'm not sure they have ever actually watched any of their own workouts though, because they are really quite frustrating. Most are classified as 15 minute workouts, but are actually closer to 27 or 30 minutes. Of that, over 9 minutes is savasana ... corpse pose ... I get that you want to relax at the end, but NINE minutes?! But the worst is that the videos don't fit together properly. Not sure if the mislabeled some of videos or if it just is poorly planned, but it is annoying. 19 sections to a workout. You end section 3 on all fours, but section 4 starts in seated position and transitions you to all fours. Then you end section 4 on all fours, but section 5 starts in down dog and immediately you transition to forward fold/standing. This poor setup of workouts is jarring and annoying and happens in EVERY video. I'm 19 days in and am not sure how much longer I can stick with it. May be time to find a better constructed program.
