Locked ouy account 2 weeks and counting
I was using my card fine. And then I was locked out of my account when the app changed. I've sent over twenty emails now and nobody has sorted it out. I can't get into my account.And I can't make payment. As soon as soon as thet sort it, if they ever do, I'll be getting rid of this credit card because I can't afford for that to happen again. Have no idea where i'm up to on payments, have been locked out of my account for now 2 weeks through no fault on my own and the company obviously uses AI to deal with their enquiries.Because no human has looked at it. I'm technical i'm work in IT and this is the worst the customer experience i've have had in a long time. Absolutely no excuse for this kind of poor service.

Moved from AMEX to yonder credit, would recommend
I have had a yonder card since 2023. I always used it as my back up credit card for my AMEX gold at the time. However it was a bad decision because when I did the maths Yonder was a better deal for my spending habits. I could not be happier with my yonder card and would recommend to anyone who wants a paid credit card with benefits.

I put dispute section 75 and yonder…
I put dispute section 75 and yonder customer services told me they have raise after 10 weeks told me we can’t raise section 75 promise refund from supplier as they issued refund and I never received its over 8k claim. I had to go to financial ombudsman services because yonder customer services wasn’t replying or helping.

V good mobile app
V good mobile app. Good points if in london. Had one issue where card was frozen and they didn’t respond for a week but refunded me the months money so happy with service. Normally very responsive.

I set up the Yonder debit card which was quite simple.
The app itself is easy to navigate when you sign up. My plan was free debit card which gave me £10 when I spent £10. This actually happened but you have to do it in 7 days.
I had a few questions for customer ( chat service) after the sign up and they were very quick to respond to my questions.
