Good banking to have if your credit score is low or struggle to get a bank from any other banks , easy to set up and also from the second the account is up your able to use it straight away. Also friendly team when ever I have an issue to raise ,

A fantastic service overall—I'm really impressed with the quality and support provided. I just have one suggestion: it would be extremely helpful to have a telephone service available for emergency concerns. I tried multiple times to find a contact number but couldn’t locate one, and had to wait for a chat agent instead. Having at least one team member available 24/7 via phone would greatly improve the experience in urgent situations.

Additionally, if you’re ever looking to expand your team to further enhance your services, I would love the opportunity to contribute. I’m confident I could provide excellent support—please consider giving me a chance!

Great customer service, app is easy to use, much less restricted than other credit cards, especially in the UK.

Really slick experience and a great rewards programme.

Very easy to navigate and operate.
The 2 stage approval for online payments is quicker and easier than with other banks. I really like useful summary notifications of 'total spend while abroad was X'. Split the bill feature is handy. No foreign exchange fees.
The only small minus is that in-person experiences are still limited to few large UK cities (so far nothing in the Derby-Sheffield-Leeds area).

Applied in the Friday afternoon , and the account was instantly set up. The physical credit card arrived the very next day ! Very impressed so far .

Great company with easy to use App and fast customer service responses

Am a user of the full credit card and really appreciate the spectrum of rewards and coverage I get with Yonder. It's definitely much more in London but I have also used my card to claim/collect rewards in Manchester and Bristol and the collection keeps growing - showing that the team is constantly looking for ways to innovate/ improve and listen to its consumers.
Exchange rates when travelling has been competitive - I switch between Wise & Yonder depending on whether I already hold currencies in the country. Also a key reason for using the full credit card is the insurance coverage I get when I travel as it also covers snow sports.
Have only needed to contact customer service once and the process was efficient and painless - solved my problem immediately.

I have never had any issues on the app and all rewards worked in the easy way possible. You just need to go to the restaurant for example and use your Yonder card to pay and then redeem really easily. No voucher, booking slots, excluded items etc. amazingly easy. I also used the yonder card abroad, very good exchange rates. Much better than my Amex and other premium stuff

After giving £10 they cuts it back from my card balance

Happy with overall experience with Yonder. They have really nice reward system , good support for any issues that might occur.

Seems like a decent account, I’m only using the free version of the debit account. Will see how long it takes to get a decent amount of points to use.
