I own a Silverback, CO2 laser, Toocaa and 3 6550 lasers. Customer service is nothing short of fantastic and any problems are either user error or very quickly addressed.

Purchased a pre owned Yorahome 6550 40watt laser from a local source. When trying to do test burns with the machine we experienced several problems with how the machine was performing. I reached out to Yorahome for help and was promptly contacted back to see what the issues were. Jim R gave me a List of things to check. Once we pinpointed the issue, I was provided with precise instructions on how to correct the settings on the machine. I found the technical support to be stellar even considering the laser was purchased second hand. I will be recommending Yorahome to all who ask what I am using. Again, thank you for the great support!

This company and its dedication to service after the sale is extraordinary. I had an issue with a laser upgrade and they stayed with me until it was done. So many times you are left to your own to figure it out, but not with Yorahome.

I recently upgrated to an 80w laser with a 32 bit control panel. I was able to install everything easily after watching the videos provided on YoraHomes Home page.
My challenge came when I thought that I needed to install an upgrade for the computer.
The folks at YoraHomes were very patient and explained all that I needed to be successful. They were prompt to answer my email, even on a weekend.

I started a chat because I had ordered a new laser diode to upgrade my 6550. When I got the laser, I looked at the installation instructions and everything referenced a 6550 -Pro. That made me nervous so I started a chat and was immediately put at ease and was assured that while it was slightly different there were no issues. The instructions were emailed to me immediately and now I’m very excited to try out my newly upgraded 20w laser diode.

In today’s environment it is always a pleasant surprise to receive great customer service! You will receive such when you interface with YoraHome’s owners!

This is an amazing company with the perfect mindset for the newcomer who wants to learn laser engraving. They are experts on their own products and pride themselves in helping both the amateurs and the pros perfect this very difficult skill.
