Purchased a new drysuit and base layer. They shipped the products very fast and sent with a reputable courier whilst other retailers were sending 48 with Royal Mail in the middle of a strike! After trying on I needed a smaller size so they sent these immediately. They fitted perfectly so sent back the first order. They were so helpful with price matching and delivery - thoroughly recommend.

Excellent, fast service, good communication and competitive pricing. Whether it be mail-order, or face to face in store YouBoat consistently go the extra mile. Not many companies of this size hear where you are and offer for members of the team to drop stuff off as they live nearby.... says it all.
They also talk fluent boat, and are genuinely interested in what they do.

Easy to find and order on the website, with option to collect from a store. In my case it was Swanwick.

Amazing support when my winch handle got lost as Royal Mail sent it to US instead of Sweden.
The time and effort put in highly exceeded the cost of the handle and the handle showed up 3 months later, at my door just the day I put the boat back in the water

I bought Wessex Chemical Teak Deck Cleaner 1l and natural light teak oil for my teak garden bench. The cleaner was amazing, the black stain that resisted previous cleaning attempts just washed off. I then applied the oil in August. The bench is out in the garden and now in December uncovered it’s still a beautiful colour. There are a few black areas but I know in the spring I’ll be able to clean it and finish the job in a couple of hours. Both great products.
