great price for the products I wanted
great price for the products I wanted . there was a problem with part of the delivery ( courier fault not you boat) but this was sorted out immediately and allowed me to get the job done in time as I had paid for yard slipway space. very friendly and answered the phone! when I needed. definitely recommended.

Very late delivery
Ordered and paid for next day delivery.... received 7days later.
Was refunded payment for delivery but I required equipment urgently for a boat leaving port.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. First of all, we would like to apologise for the delay that you've experienced with your order - we strive to provide an excellent shopping experience and unfortunately our choice of courier has let us down this time.
We shipped your order out the same day the order was placed on a next day service with FedEx, trusting that they would deliver in the next day, which unfortunately did not happen and I would like to apologise for that. Our logistics team are currently working with various couriers and redoing our shipping system to ensure issues such as this do not occur again.
Again, I would like to apologise for the issue with your order and for any inconvenience that this may have caused, as I understand you needed the order urgently. As well as refunding your delivery charge, we would like to offer you a coupon if you wish to shop with us again.
