From the first phone call to collection of the chair the staff were super helpful, empathetic and efficient. The chair is a HUGE hit with my mother and its really made such a chair to her day to day comfort.
I can highly recommend You First😊 The guys are polite, respectful and courteous. They make sure that you get exactly what is appropriate for you with no hard sell. Delivery time was brilliant and the guys who delivered went above and beyond to ensure that Mum (89years) fully understood the controls to maintain her safety.
We were absolutely delighted with this company. Everyone was really considerate and helpful - and really took the time to make sure that the chair we were buying was right for our needs. Delivery was very quick and the chair was in impeccable condition. A really great company and we would not hesitate to use them again.
