We worked with Sandy on a social media collaboration and as creators, Sandy could not have been more professional, transparent and supportive throughout the entire process. YWS is a great agency to work with and one we certainly hope to have the chance to partner with again!

This company is a spam. They sell you a growth plan based on the success of the founders own tiktok, but they assign amateurs to the account and don't deliver a single thing. Their positive reviews are only from creators, please read all the negative reviews. Stay away

I originally signed a 16-week TikTok Shop Accelerator agreement with Young With Solutions and was excited to work with them. Early on the sales process made it seem like they had a strong system for scaling TikTok Shop.

However, several of the structured deliverables outlined in the agreement were never provided in the format described (weekly content calendars, structured reporting, evaluations, etc.), and the engagement ultimately broke down after about nine weeks.

The most concerning part of this experience was what happened after the billing dispute.

After I filed chargebacks through my bank, YWS contacted me and asked me to cancel the disputes so they could issue a refund directly. Based on that representation, I worked with my bank in an attempt to resolve the dispute process.

Later, the position from YWS changed completely.

In their most recent email response, they stated that they will not issue any refund and consider the matter closed, even though they had previously communicated that a refund would be processed if the disputes were withdrawn.

Because of this reversal, the issue is now moving toward formal dispute resolution.

I am sharing this experience so that other business owners understand how this situation was handled and can make informed decisions before entering into an agreement.

Sandy, influencer manager at YWS is reliable, on top of things, efficient and very friendly. I really liked working with her as an influencer on a campaign, was paid super fast (after a couple days) upon posting. Entire schedule was laid out explicitly so there was no confusion, and was given a good amount of autonomy so that I could create the best content that works for my social media.

One of the worst agencies I have worked with. They sell you on a high-ticket program that they cannot deliver results. When I approached them about performance, they did nothing. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

If you work for a company and need help organizing or understanding the flow of tiktok/ haveing extra help in outreach, organic, and sales these guys will answer any questions you have. Although process has been slower trying to figure out the do's and don'ts for each side. That is to be excpected when you are looking at a long term growth operation. I am excited to launch and see growth happen with these guys. Charolette has been an awesome point of contact and our creator is very attentive and on top of her game. We look forward to skyrocketing with these guys. I know they wont stop until that happens. If you are working with them, put in the effort on your end to make that happen as well. This is a teamwork effort. I personally love that aspect of it.

I had the pleasure of working with the Young With Solutions team from October 2025 to February 2026. From the beginning of our contract with them, it was clear that the team enjoys what they do and desires to do it well.

Our account manager was attentive to our business goals and worked alongside us to find creators that would be a good fit. She was incredibly patient, as our team required multiple sign-offs from leadership before moving forward.

The creators were delightful and brought a lot to the table with ideas for varying content and suggestions based on their experiences. The review and approval process for content was seamless, and they were always incredibly receptive to feedback (and timely with any edits!).

While this was a short-term contractual content partnership, I am walking away feeling like I have a better understanding of various content types that our audience responds to, and I have a cache of quality content to continue using in various initiatives.

Absolutely would not hesitate to work with YWS again!
