I ordered eye treatment for conjunctivitis on next day delivery for obvious reasons. Next day came, no delivery!! It came 2 days after ordering!!!! Yet I paid £4.99 for postage! I am living on state pension and I can ill afford to throw money away!

I've purchased Nurofen patch and the delivery arrived early. The product is very effective for pain relief in my knee.

Despite some of the reviews on here, my items arrived on time. I ordered four dettol antibacterial laundry liquid cleanser plus some other items. One of the bottles had leaked all over the other items. Maybe the bottles need to be placed standing upright instead of on the side?

Truly excellent customer service. After Hermes swapped my original delivery with another persons damaged package and completely lost mine, Your Pharmacy could not have been more helpful and understanding. Order was immediately replaced on next day delivery and everything was perfect. All resolved immediately by Your Pharmacy and very happy with the products, the great price and their customer support service (actually managed to speak to a human from start to finish). Needless to say I am still waiting for an adequate response from the courier.

Paid for next day delivery 4 days ago and still not even had a dispatch email. Emailed customer services and had no response as of yet.

I've ordered some package even payed 4 extra pound to receive it the next day. Now it's been 5 days and nothing. I contacted them and they never responded. They really don't take orders seriously. They are playing with our time and money. If my package doesn't come tomorrow I'm definitely reversing the charge. I'd give - stars if I can.

Ordered dettol antiseptic as impossible to buy in supermarkets, never in stock. Placed order then read some rather bad reviews which were concerning but I livechat with the company, immediate response, order checked and progressing delivery within 5 days. Next day - order arrived by Hermes! Parcel left in a very safe place, delivery photo emailed to me, and each item ordered was carefully wrapped. Amazing service and choice of courier - well done Your Pharmacy! Happy to order from them again.

Similar to the previous review... I ordered a few things and they were dispatched 11 days ago, but I still haven't received my package! Hermes is the delivery provider they use. I don't know what they are doing as they are not able to deliver while all other shipments are coming through. I contacted Hermes and can't get to a human. I contacted YourPharmacy twice and still no response! Very frustrating. I hope it comes in the next day or so otherwise I'm contacting my bank to reverse the charge.

EDIT: I've received the package finally. But they never responded to the 2 support inquiries I submitted via their own site. They should update their process instead of having people post complaints publicly just to receive some customer support.

I ordered some antibiotic eye ointment costing £6.49 and paid an additional £3.49 for postage. I received an email the same day saying it had been dispatched - great, I thought. Over a week later now and I have received nothing. I have sent in a form using their contact us page asking about the status - no response. I have called them - they say they are closed even though it is within their working hours. Is this online pharmacy for real or just a scam? Luckily my eye seems to have cured itself otherwise I might have gone blind waiting!!
