I really like this service, I had a problem and I was speaking with a doctor by txt so that he could get an idea of what was wrong. As he was unsure of my symptoms he ended up calling me so that he could be more sure of my ailment and also you can send pictures so that they can get a good look and idea of what to do. Also a second opinion comes into play so that decision and prescription is right for you. Also the prescription is automatically sent to the nearest pharmacy and you are notified when ready. You also can up to 4 other people to your account which is very helpful as nowadays it’s getting more difficult to see a doctor. Overall a great option!

very misleading plans, they say its just 20$/month but you are charged for the year.

Advertising for Your Doctors Online was very misleading. Their website listed the cost as $20 a month for their service with the ability to cancel anytime. I found out after signing up they are not able to provide prescriptions for kids under 12. This wasn't noted anywhere on their site. When I cancelled the subscription less than one hour after signing up, I found out I had actually been charged for the whole year ($240), rather than the $20 that was advertised. I haven't gotten my money back yet.

This company is a scam - do not go with them....They advertise as a sponsored post when you search for Rocket Doctor....I accidentally clicked on them thinking they were rocket doctor....then they charged me $240...I realised when they called that they are no rocket doctor so I said this was a mistake (within 24 hours) and to pleasde provide a full refund (they said no) - eww

Thorough, fast and efficient service

I dont have a family doctor, so this was a great alternative! I had a prescription within 6 hours and a medication the following day. The doctors/nurses stay in touch every couple of days.

Like many Canadians, I turned to Your Doctors Online out of necessity. With family doctor waitlists stretching months and walk-in clinics backed up for hours, virtual care seems like a reasonable solution. I subscribed on March 31, 2026 at what appeared to be a straightforward $20/month plan. What followed was one of the most dishonest experiences I have had with any company.

When I attempted to cancel two weeks later, I was hit with a demand for a $120 termination fee. When I disputed it, the company's senior management sent me two documents as proof I had agreed to this fee at signup: a consent form and a screenshot of their app showing a cancellation tooltip.

I ran forensic analysis on both.

The consent form PDF metadata confirmed it was generated on April 15, 2026 — the same day it was sent to me — not at my March 31 signup. It was created using Google Docs, not retrieved from any system record. The screenshot metadata showed all three file timestamps identical to the second on April 15, 2026. FotoForensics Error Level Analysis confirmed the tooltip in the screenshot was digitally added to the image after the fact.

When I compared the fabricated screenshot to my live app, I found five differences: different tooltip wording, the words "on annual term" had been quietly removed from the interface, different tooltip anchor point, the Continue button changed from plain purple text to a styled orange button, and a different overall card layout. These changes were made while my dispute was active.

The $120 fee does not appear anywhere in their publicly posted Terms of Service. Their own consent form contradicts itself — the Nutritionist and Mental Health sections both say "you may withdraw at any time without penalty" while the billing section imposes a 50% termination fee. Their invoice describes a single month of service, not an annual contract.

Canadians deserve better healthcare access options. This company is exploiting the gap left by an overburdened public system. Do not subscribe.
