Items were well priced but no info on delivery cost was immediately obvious, you are told this will appear at a later stage. In the end the delivery cost was twice the price of the items, I would not have ordered had I know this. Also, rather naughty that you aren't told this cost until after the order has been placed and by that stage it's too late to cancel. So what a shopping basket that appeared to contain items for just over £5 ended up costing me over £18 when VAT and delivery were added. The result of this is I won't use you again. Well done.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered with this company. The first order was picked incorrectly, which happens I guess and I accepted the situation as Chris was able to quickly sort out their mistake.
The second order was worse! Out of 5 items relating to a Crabtree grid switch, they sent a 2way switch instead of an intermediate and to make matters worse when it came to connecting the switch up the day before my clients were due home having been away for 2 weeks to allow me to rewire their house, it transpired that they'd sent me a 4 gang grid instead of a 3 gang.
I have lost total confidence in this Company, especially when after I reported this recent error I was advised they wouldn't send the replacement switch without me sending the incorrect one back!
Needless to say I won't be placing any further orders with them.
