Super customer service and communication - talked me through all the options and repaired my phone with a warranty for work done on top. You only really know how good a company is when you need to go back again for their help, and they could not have been more generous and accommodating, highly recommended

I made a call to ask if they thought my sons iPhone could be fixed. I then visited the shop, very friendly and professional staff. Two hours and £15 later......fixed!

Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service. Everyone was really friendly and more than happy to explain everything in a simple way to someone that has no techno understanding. We were also told lots of options available to us with the pros and cons of each. We will definitely be returning.

My daughter's ipad had a small crack on the glass. I took it in to be repaired - was advised a few hours but about 40 mins later it was as good as new! Thank you so much!!

Excellent service both repaired when they said they would. Very reasonable with prices.

Refurbished iPhone
I am of the older generation and not too keyed up on some of the later phones but I have now bought a refurbished phone from the fix kiosk in Cannock. Kyle couldn’t have been more helpful, transferring my data from old phone too. He gave me chance to try phone with quick tutorial. He was extremely helpful & patient with my numerous questions so I would recommend them to anyone with phone problems or wanting a refurbished phone.
