Joshua cleaned the front and back windows today and was very polite and friendly. Cannot complain.

This company claims you’re in control of the service, although their website does not work properly, I cannot access my account fully and see the cost of the service or what date I am getting my windows cleaned etc, when I contacted “your local” about this they expressed they are updating their website etc. however this has been their excuse for the last 2 weeks. Also when the window cleaners turned up they only did half of my house but charged me for the full amount.
I have had to ring my bank to ensure no more money could be taken, and go through getting a new card because this company is not to be trusted. They have taken more money than they should have and I am having to fight for it back.

If I could score a zero, I would do.
Despite agreeing to have my windows cleaned by this company, and being given several different days for clean, no one turned up!
Customer service is as good as useless, coming up with one stupid excuse after another. One being the guys ran out of water!
I would not touch these guys with a barge pole!

Windows still had white water marks when dry

We have been supplying "Your Local" window cleaning equipment and servicing for there van systems.
We have not been paid and are owed £ 2,586. going back to January 2026.
Not paying suppliers for services provided speaks volumes for the companies reputation

A young man called Graeme came and cleared my windows, he messaged me first to give me an estimated time of arrival, we spoke for a minute or 2, then he started doing the windows, they look fantastic, he was friendly and professional, great guy, great service.

Very poor over the last two years hit and miss service ,I do think that the liquid in the water is not the level it should be as they don't dry properly and splodge into dirty droplets ,trying to say a bob or two ...here in bishop Aukland they sometimes come ,sometimes miss two months ,sometimes do the back ,sometimes knock sometimes don't ..NO CONSISTANCY ..irresponsible ,I think they franchise out the work ,and young lads just pull a fast one just doing the front and asking for the same money .. definitely ..today they came did the front and wanted £10 without doing the back ..we rang the office ,firstly the girls are lovely ,considerate ,and professional ..she rang back though and said you only get the front done for ten pounds ,I said it's been ten pounds front and back all the time ..then she was honest and said they'd just put their prices up ( without informing anyone ) and it was now £15 for a terrace house front and back ..so I said no ,there steady and inconsistent ..I'll do em myself ..I'll by an extendable cleaner and do a decent job ..DEF please don't even think about using them ...looking forward too doing my own now instead of being taken for a fool we have CANCELLED YOU bye
