I made a withdrawal two weeks ago and haven't received anything but no help from support despite numerous messages. I don't think this site is worthwhile anymore as payment was fast within 3-4 days.Just look elsewhere if you are considering registering.

PENDING PAYMENT FOR MORE THAN 2 WEEKS
Unfortunately, I can't rate less than 1 star. This is the most terrible you'll ever come across, intact don't bother signing up cus it's not worth it. This is my 1st withdrawal, I reached the threshold and requested a withdrawal on the 10th of June 2026 and my withdrawal have been pending until now. they claim they pay in 2-5 days, Unfortunately that's a bait. I emailed the customer support and they claimed they were having problems with there payment provider, that it'll be processed the same day. That was there reply everytime I emailed them. But there's one thing they never stopped doing, which is always spamming me with survey invites to come do more surveys. YOUR OPINION COMMUNITY IS A BIG SCAM, STAY AWAY!
Edit: I just got my money, thanks to the YOUR OPINION COMMUNITY TEAM. Make it faster next time.

suite à leur réponse, pour les contacter il faut un compte outlook ou microsoft. Je n'ai aucun des 2. Et je n'en veux pas. Il refuse de prendre en compte l'adresse mail sur laquelle ils m'envoient des sondages. C'est bien des escrocs...
D'abord les sondages qui nous rejettent pratiquement toujours, ensuite quand on obtient quelques points que l'on veut échanger, c'est la croix et la bannière. ca fait 3 semaines que j'attends un échange (ils disent 3 jours, mensonge!) et il est impossible de les contacter, pas de lien. Une vaste escroquerie...!
