I used to have to queue for ages in my old pharmacy in Greenhill Village to find that my prescription wasn’t ready. I switched to YourPharmacy and completely freed up my time. Everything is delivered quickly and free ! My regular meds just turn up with a polite driver without me doing anything. It’s just so easy and the staff are committed and bend over backwards to accommodate your requirements. The pharmacy also provide lots of other services too. A pharmacy staff that are prompt and actually care. Free up your time and let them do the work. Highly recommended, pop in and see them or give them a call! You won’t regret it.

Supportive staff and efficient service

I’ve been using YourPharmacy for my medication and they have been great (I’ve made 8 orders so far so am speaking fo experience). The whole process from ordering to delivery is seamless and they are very responsive when I have any questions. I’m able to easily arrange my delivery for a time when I will be home and they are happy, and my friends who I have referred them on to (I did not get any referral fee for this, so it was just based on my good experience) have also been happy.

I needed a refill of my prescription urgently as I thought I had enough but clearly this was not the case. I completed the online order form, called the pharmacy to explain the situation and they authorised and shipped on the same day! Superb service!

As a side note - would be great if you offered discount codes or a loyal customer discounted subscription service for more products vs a select few.

Dr Aksoy was very pleasant and helpful explaining why she considered it beneficial to start a treatment with statins. She discussed the pros and cons so that it was easier for me to make a decision.

The process was simple and efficient. From completing my online questionnaire and then speaking to their team; my medication was sent to me next day. Comes in a box with ice packs. Will be ordering from them again

Its 17 00 hrs on Friday 9th still not recieved it was paid next day delivery orders on 7th DPD as yet no delivery if it does not come tomorrow its no use as we will be on holiday till May, no one will be here to accept it so no use

Excellent service as always

Absolutely disgusting customer service. It's hard to know which one to leave a review on, as there seems to be more than one account. Still waiting for someone to come back to me and dearly wish I had read the reviews on other accounts, before spending lots of money.

Excellent service

Poor service. Website was unclear about dispatch times. I needed an off the shelf product within 3 days so I ordered on Wednesday and chose delivery Royal Mail 48 hour service. It's 5 days later (Monday) and I've still not received the item.
Customer service response is that their terms and conditions state that the dispatch times can vary so the item was not dispatched until Friday. Definitely won't be using their service again.
