I have used Your Plumber for multiple plumbing jobs. The service is always excellent, from the staff taking the calls in the office to the engineers who visit. So all good until time to pay
So all good until time to pay. I was told bill would total £75 for a certificate. When engineer passed bill to me it came to £77. I handed over £80 and low and behold the engineer kept the change!!! I didnt say he could. Why would I tip an engineer?
Just through principle I shall not use this serbice again!
