I contacted them about a leaking pipe. Plumber contacted me very quickly, arrived within two hours and fixed the problem. As a pensioner living alone, the relief was palpable!!

Unfortunately it is all false advertising. They don't do any kind vetting for the tradepersons that they contract. All they are interested is a quick profit.
I highly urge you to look somewhere as you have no guarantees who you are opening your doors to.

Roofing professional and honest
Emil and his friend did an outstanding job! They responded immediately after storm damaged our roof. We were in contact twice, he kept hid word, arrived same day and fixed the problem in no time. Despite that it was a small job. I had a few other traders who wanted use the situation and overprice me, but Emil is an honest guy. I will use his services again, very polite and professional. Couldn't recommend him more.
