Paul has been extremely helpful throughout the process of buying our first house, he has taken the time to explain all of the steps. We felt supported throughout and couldn't recommend them enough.

Paul is great. We never went through home buying process before, so it was all very new to us, but he guided us through the whole thing, he helped much more than he needed to and stayed with us until the end of the transaction.
Paul will do anything he can to work in your interest, which unfortunately is rare nowadays.
Side note - our mortgage got approved within 3 days! He really knows what he’s doing!

I have loved working with Paul on securing a new mortgage. I went into the process with some basic 'fag packet maths' on what I thought I could afford and borrow and Paul picked this up and ran with it. He secured me a great mortgage that I'm super comfortable with, he always gave me all the time I needed to digest info we discussed, ask questions and then land at a point that made sense for me. I also loved that he was so open to discussing my ten year plan and how I can prep financially for that. A huge weight off my mind in what is a stressful and paperwork heavy time!

Paul provided regular calls to initially take me through the process of purchasing a property and have me ask any questions I had, to talking through my mortgage and insurance options. I felt I was supported every step of the way, even with engaging with the estate agent and solicitors. As a first time buyer, this was really appreciated as I was aware of what to expect and particular points to follow up on.

What I also appreciated was that whilst advice was given, I wasn't pushed to follow through with any suggestions/recommended partners.
