Fran and Paul were brilliant with my mortgage. Fran explained all my options and once I was happy we went ahead with the application. The lender was particularly difficult to work with but Fran kept on top of them and we go the mortgage offer out. Paul also helped explain all the technical bits in a clear way and helped with my protection needs. Would definitely use when due to re-mortgage, if Fran will have me :-)
