I have had no problem with Youth on Earth until now. I purchased Preservage as usual. When I opened the packet the capsules were a very different colour to their usual capsules, a pale yellow colour. They were a strong orange colour before.
I had a couple of capsules left in an old packet, and I sent them a picture of the old and new ones. Also, the lot number on the back was obscured.
I asked for a new packet of Preservage or a refund.
They wrote back to me to say they had changed their usual Curcumin to a different Curcumin and the LOT number will have been damaged by their machine.
They said they could send a new packet of the capsules but they would be the same new paler colour.

I wrote back to say I would like a new packet please and I also asked them for the name of the new Curcumin, and that they should of informed customers that they were going to change their Curcumin to a different paler version.
No reply, no new packet of Curcumin. I have sent the message 2 or 3 times and I have tried to phone them. no answer.
I have spent a lot of money and I'm a loyal customer, what a way to treat people.

Product arrived on time, I’ve been taking NMN for a month alongside a red light therapy mat, and I’m feeling more energised, I take the powder under the tongue until it dissolves, the taste is a little bitter at first but I soon got used to it, I took out a repeat subscription for every 2 months but it looks like I’ll need some soon and that is just over a month. Definitely be ordering again.

My experience with Youth & Earth to date has been very good. They have a great range of products and lots of information on their website. I previously had a subscription that I decided to cancel. The cancellation process was easy. I now have a subscription for a different product which I am happy using. I would definitely recommend them to friends and will continue to be a customer myself.

Ich wurde per Link aus einer Email dazu eingeladen, gekaufte Produkte zu bewerten. Dieser Link führte mich auf die Seite der Bewertungsplattform judge.me. Ich nahm mir sehr viel Zeit, ausführliche Bewertungen zu mehreren Produkten zu schreiben. Die versprochenen Punkte bekomme ich aber nicht, weil Bewertungen auf der Plattform judge.me angeblich nicht mit Punkten belohnt werden. Da müsse man Bewertungen auf anderen Plattformen hinterlassen. Warum führt der Link in der Einladungsmail dann zu judge.me und nicht auf die Plattform, die im Punktesystem berücksichtigt wird?
Veröffentlicht wird meine (für das Produkt positive!) Bewertung auf der Produktwebseite aber dennoch!
Wenn es nicht der einzige Shop wäre, der eine Mischung der besten Longevity NEMs anbietet, würde ich aufgrund dieser dubiosen Praktik nie wieder dort einkaufen.
