So far YouthRite fair. At first I had my doubts if this could work, but then I noticed my skin looking less crepey and a bit smoother in the mornings. That was probably around 2 to 4 weeks of consistent use.

Zero customer service, can't talk to anyone, no option to cancel, I really think YouthRite is a scam!
After numerous emails to cancel an order the very day they charged me, product still mailed 6 days later!

As someone who used to get botox, I can say switching to these make me so relieved. I didn't like the idea of injecting toxins into my face, but these patches work just as well. Definitely will keep using.

I want to give this product a 4 out of 5 stars. I think it’s great and very easy to apply and I do notice that my skin feels softer and a little more rejuvenated. But I can’t give this 5 stars because the patches do not stay on my skin through the night while I sleep and I have to use medical tape to keep it in place.

I’ve been using these patches for a few weeks and overall I’m impressed. After each use, my skin looks plumber and smother, especially around fine lines. The only reason I’m giving three stars is because I think it depends on consistent use and they can be a bit pricey for a single use product.

If you have the slightest of sensitive skin, this patch could cause irritation. Was unable to wear long enough to find out the effectiveness. Not a great fit for me.

It is harder to review products like this, simply because it takes time to become noticeable.So, Now I can tell you .... It helps. There are still lines on my face, no miracle, but it’s slowly fading I think. I will continue to use it.

I’ve tired a few patches before, but this one actually works for me. It stayed in place all day and felt comfortable and I noticed a difference within a few days.

I never received my order and I have reached out to the company three times via email with no response. I called the telephone number listed on the website and a recording comes on that states, " sorry, the number was not found." A total rip off of my money. I ordered this Youthrite product on 11/29/25. I received an email that said my order was on the way and then nothing. It was expensive and I am totally enraged.

I left a scathing review about this company because I got zero customer service from them. I immediately wrote to YouthRite and told them exactly what I said in my review on this site. I promised them that if they did right by me, I would go back to Trust Pilot with a re-evaluation. They IMMEDIATELY sent me notification that my full cost would be refunded. This tells me two things. Trust Pilot has clout. And Youthrite, like anyone else, hates bad publicity. Though it took six months (and I have not yet seen the credit in my bank but they warned it would take some time) YouthRite DID honor their money back guarantee. Thus I have upped my one star to three.

I ordered the most expensive option by accident but I contacted their support the same day and was able to change my order to the middle one and they refunded the difference without any problems.

Customer support was helpful and very understanding, with almost no back and forth!

I had a small issue with my tracking number and they were super helpful.

Scam of a company. I wanted to return items since they didn't work as advertised. I called 978 294 9503 and spoke with person that said I could return product to Canada address although it was shipped from a state in US. I paid 26.00 to return items. Post office said Canada post office workers on strike and can't tell when pkg would be delivered. That was in October. Today, November I get pkg returned said no deliverable address incomplete. I call above number and get that the phone is disconnected.
SCAM and I paid 247.88 for the products. Buyer Beware of any Facebook or tik tok site advertising

I bought, used for three months daily and never noticed a change. . Scam save your money.
