Yousign est d’une simplicité remarquable : la prise en main est rapide pour l’entreprise et l’expérience est fluide pour le client qui reçoit le document à signer. Interface claire, envoi et suivi des signatures intuitifs, et process sécurisé — tout paraît très professionnel. Je recommande pour qui veut gagner du temps et offrir une signature électronique fiable

Expérience très décevante avec Yousign.
Signalement d’un paiement frauduleux effectué via leur plateforme avec mes coordonnées bancaires → réponses vagues, absence d’investigation claire et renvoi immédiat vers ma banque après plusieurs échanges.
Aucune réelle prise en charge du sujet malgré :
les preuves transmises,
les captures bancaires,
et les questions concernant la sécurité et la conservation des données.
Pour une société manipulant des données sensibles et des moyens de paiement, je m’attendais à un traitement beaucoup plus sérieux.

Horrible tool for the time being for…
Horrible tool for the time being for us.
2 month of usage. Licence bought for 1 year.
I can't escape weekly bugs, unrecognised errors and inability to simply login to my account. Even after cleaning every cookie and using incognito, somehow app is made in the way sessions are becoming still and it needs a hard reset or so (that's my observation, not claim).
Support was responsive.
Sales rep. disappeared after selling the tool for 1 year and switched every task to Support.
Can't recommend this tool currently to anyone.
Should be in Beta stage
