We hired Dan to do a dinner for 10 for my husband’s 60th birthday. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. Dan turned up with a couple of staff members to help cook and serve and efficiently and quietly got to work. We had drinks and then were welcomed to the table. The food was a work of art as well as being delicious. We had numerous courses and each one was introduced by Dan, which gave the dinner structure and a sense of theatre. The serving staff were friendly but discreet: just the right level of interaction, and at the end after we’d retired to the drawing room, Dan and his team wished us a good evening. The cost was surprisingly reasonable per head, and we recommend him with confidence.

We had a family birthday party at an AirBnB in Wiltshire and booked Dan Moon as a private chef to cook a 4 course dinner for the 6 guests. The event was superb. Dan created 4 wonderful dishes and he and his assistant prepared them in our kitchen and served them. All crockery, cutlery and tableware was provided by Dan. They cleared up after the meal and left the kitchen in an immaculate condition. The entire event was totally relaxed with absolutely excellent food and service. I would have no hesitation in booking them again for another special occasion
