The first thing important for me is that I find perfumes with bio ingredients more than 80%. The service in the shop of Durres has been always great, very communicative staff and supportive, who helped a lot for gift ideas also. I ordered even online and the delivery was fine. I use Evidence as perfume and I stick to it now :). I tried even other products such as shower gel, lip gloss, sun protector and beach products and I was happy with all of them. I would prefer to find a greater range of bio products

The products are the best and the package came very fast. Very satisfied with the service.🥰

Sono solita spendere cifre abbastanza considerevoli,ma purtroppo,nel negozio Yves roscher di Quarto Nuovo,non entreró mai più se non quando c’è Enza,che è l ‘unica,secondo me,professionalmente valida e capace di consigliare il .Settimana scorsa sono entrata e c’era Simona, che non mi è piaciuta per niente,presuntuosa,altezzosa e piena di sé ,è stata maleducata, spigolosa,e spiego anche perché,non mi ha detto che ai prodotti che ho acquistato avevano cambiato le indicazioni d’uso,dunque mi ha fatto comprare due prodotti che non mi erano utili,ed inoltre quando ho chiesto come avere due gadget anziché uno ,mi ha detto che non si poteva,ed io le ho detto che Enza me li avrebbe dati seppur aggiungendo qualche altro prodotto,lei con un fare antipatico,presuntuoso,altezzoso,mi ha risposto e,”infatti io non sono Enza”. Senza neanche sforzarsi di capire come si poteva fare per averne un altro!!!

Te yves rocher, jan te vetmet produkte per floket dhe per fytyren qe nuk me bejne alergji per syte. Nuk kam probleme me skalpin dhe kremrat e fytyres me japin nje ndjesi relaksi dhe freskie. Faleminderit per produktet tuaja

Cliente depuis plusieurs décennies, je ne peux que confirmer tous les avis négatifs… Gammes de produits non suivît, prix chers hors promotion, ayant une appli de composition de produits il y en a souvent des toxiques… et no comment pour les cadeaux non disponibles (en magasin ou sur le site). De plus en plus déçue.. Je viens de passer ma dernière commande et ai malheureusement résilié mon compte…
