Another good review for YYkawaii from me! I messaged her about getting a collection of figurines from Japan from an relatively unknown series outside of Japan, and not only did she get back to me ASAP but she also was able to track down to get them! I cannot recommend YYkawaii more than I already do!!!

Fantastic, friendly, fast. And super understanding if something goes wrong. Couldn't be better. Have ordered multiple times before and will continue to order!

I've ordered off YYkawaii a few times now and have never had any issues with her, she is very quick to be in contact back and answer any questions I have.

I've been happy with every purchase so far with the sanrio things I have baught from her as well as some figures. Some would argue her items are pricey but the things she sells are sometimes hard to come by and in my opinion worth the price.

Please if you order pre-orders through yykawaii look up if your item has a pre-order bonus! I hate to see that I wasn't the only one this occurred to but YYKawaii will keep pre-order bonus items to resell for an upcharge which is an item that should have gone to the buyer that paid for it. In essence she is stealing these bonuses to make extra profit and not disclosing this to the buyer. If you ask she copes a horrible attitude with you about it and just horrible customer service afterwards. It's a disappoint to see other reviews with the same issue :(

I received the chainsaw dog plush and my mimikyu terrarium Pokeball. The plush is much bigger than I thought but it arrived within the time frame provided. The terrarium was absolutely adorable. This shop always has the cutest things. I am very satisfied with my purchases !

Ive been ordering from YYKawaii for over a year and frequently pre-order items from them! I’m always impressed by their service! Invoices sent promptly, items arrive within the expected release dates and even with covid any delays were carefully announced!

Being from Ireland buying anime stuff is very hard but finding this store has changed my life ! Seller is very kind and responsive and is cheap with postage considering brexit , can't wait to order more in the future :D

Easy to order, payments were explained so i was able to pay in 2 instalments. A deposit and final payment. Shipping was quick from the time she received the stock to me receiving the item. My only issue was due to royal mail having to redeliver, which was a fault if mine and not yykawaii. Overall nice & easy. Will continue to purchase from this seller/store.

yykawaii is my absolute go to for buying merch, I discovered her last year and I have to say that without fail it's always such a pleasant experience! Helped me to coordinate a gift in surprise for a close friend to get sent to her house without her knowing via Instagram, really lovely and helpful. A little bit on the expensive side but worth it!

I've used yykawaii to buy several things and it's always a perfect experience. I recently ordered some figures and they arrived so fast and packaged really safely! Sometimes her girls draw on the boxes which is super cute! I haven't been lucky enough to receive one of these boxes yet but the pictures of them are always adorable 💖

I've been buying from YYkawaii for many years. The few times I've had issues and had to contact them they got back to me quickly. I love the preordering system for larger figures as sometimes I can't drop £100-£200 on a figure in 1 sitting so it allows me to pay over the months which is super helpful!! Also I usually use PayPal alot online so having the invoices go right there is great and makes it easy for me to look through payments and invoices quickly !!
