I got my Vehicle second time shipped from them. On 20th Aug I contacted them and within 24 hours they my booking confirmed and pickup arranged. My vehicle was picked from Chicago and dropped at New York.

DO NOT BOOK SERVICES. I ARRANGED WITH SEVERAL MONTHS NOTICE TO HAVE MY DAUGHTER‘S VEHICLE PICKED UP FROM CALIFORNIA DELIVERED TO PRESCOTT ARIZONA FOR COLLEGE MOVE-IN. I STARTED EMAILING AND I NOTICED NO ONE RESPONDED. I CALLED AGAIN TOOK THEM A WHILE. THEY RESPONDED. I EMAILED ON FRIDAY TO CONFIRM THE PICK UP ON TUESDAY THEY SAID YES DON’T WORRY WE HAVE THE DRIVER READY FOR YOU. NO CALL NO-SHOW ON THE DAY OF PICK UP. PHONES WENT TO VOICEMAIL. WE SPAM CALLED THEM 100 TIMES SOMEBODY FINALLY CALLED BACK ONLY FOR THEM TO TELL ME THEY DID NOT HAVE A DRIVER INDIRECTLY AND THAT THE CLOSEST PERSON WAS IN SAN LUIS OBISPO 5 HRS AWAY. THEY WOULD PICK IT UP ANOTHER DAY.
COLLEGE MOVE-IN DAYS ARE SCHEDULED TO THE DAY AND TIME ON THE DOT. SADLY, I HAD TO HAVE MY LESS THAN ONE YEAR STUDENT DRIVER COMMUTE THE DRIVE FROM CALIFORNIA TO PRESCOTT, ARIZONA. VERY DANGEROUS. VERY EXHAUSTING. VERY EMOTIONAL. I WILL BE MOVING THIS UP ALL CHAINS OF COMMAND. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. WHAT’S WORSE IS THAT I CALLED ANOTHER AGENCY YESTERDAY AND HE WAS AWARE OF THE COMPANY NOT PROVIDING SERVICE BECAUSE THEY WERE SPAMMING AUTO DRIVERS TO COME PICK UP OUR CAR FOR THEM AT THREE TIMES THE COST. I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the recent service I received from your company. As a disabled, retired USAF veteran, I expected a level of professionalism and reliability that was unfortunately not met.

Despite multiple attempts to arrange for the pickup of my vehicle, the service was never rendered, and my inquiries were met with dismissive responses. I was assured via text that a driver would arrive at 4 PM, yet my wife and I waited for hours without any follow-up communication, ultimately being left in the dark.

This experience has not only been frustrating but has also highlighted a concerning lack of customer care and reliability within your organization. I strongly advise reconsidering any engagement with your service.

the worst compant I ever tried! DO NOT USE

The company Z311 being said it is owned by a veteran Sean McCarthy McCarthy I was under the impression that this Transport company to transport my vehicle from one location to another would be honored. Will he mean that veterans had integrity and honesty concerning themselves and any business Enterprises that they may be involved in?
The Transport company Z311 has said on their website no upfront deposit reliable easy to work with all these statements are not true on March 13, 2026. I was working with an agent Mike Adams setting up Transport for my vehicle and with the signing of a contract request of a security down payment or deposit was required for the Transport of my vehicle and the amount of $150. This is now June 26, 2026. The contract was never fulfilled by Z311 company. Which intern resulted in the vehicle needing to be transported being reloaded by the finance company. Since all these months have gone by and many request and once for return of my $150 security deposit working with this Mike Adams to the state, the refund has not been received back to my account. And after three months of being misled by Mike Adams representing Z311 and an employee I presume of this Sean McCarthy, your cat I would not recommend that the company Z311 would be used for any auto Transport at any time.

Extremely happy with my experience with Z311 services. This was my first time doing something like this and Grace Morgan was the absolute best! Not only was she reliable, she was very attentive to what I needed and her communication throughout the whole process was excellent. Her manners were exceptional as well. My vehicle made it to where I needed it to go as planned and even earlier than I expected. I will definitely be going to Grace Morgan again if I am ever in a position where I need there services again. They are trust worthy, reliable, and fast. Thank you again for helping me through this stressful process.

WARNING: Stay away from Z312 Service.

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. On June 8, we hired Z312 Service because we trusted Kevin’s promises. We even spoke directly with the owner, yet they completely failed to deliver what they promised and never resolved the situation.

They left my vehicle stranded in California instead of transporting it as agreed. Because of their negligence, my personal belongings were left inside the car under the extreme California heat and many of them were damaged. Even worse, my work tools are still inside the vehicle, preventing me from working and causing me financial losses.

The most upsetting part was their complete lack of accountability. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing the problem, we felt ignored and mocked. They made promises they never intended to keep.

If you value your vehicle, your belongings, your time, and your money, do not trust this company. Based on my experience, they are unreliable, unprofessional, and do not stand behind their word. I deeply regret hiring them and would never recommend their services to anyone.

I initially used their services for transporting my vehicle and referred them to others because I thought the lady I spoke with Grace did her best.
The person that used the service that I referred - had a horrible experience with Grace and did not pay the dispatchers fee - because they did not get their vehicle - no communication was provided on the delay and when they finally got in touch with the driver - his truck was broke down and they still had to wait.

Grace took it upon herself to reach out to me because I referred the person - to tell me I needed to do something about it. Harrassed me via text and phone calls and threatened to flash my addresses and phone numbers so no one would provide me transport service AFTER I offered to pay her dispatch fee.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I take back the good things I said initially!

Smooth and professional service overall. I shipped my Audi with Grace and she kept me updated with everything, the driver was polite and professional, and provided the pictures both at pickup and delivery, will look forward t work with you again.

Very reliable company, I shipped my vehicle from Buffalo to Orlando and it got here one day earlier than scheduled with no issues along the way. Grace was the rep I was dealing with and she never misses a text or call, always responds in a timely manner and handles all requests diligently.

Great communication from start to finish… very honest about their quote as far as pricing.. my son needed his yr co at his new location from Louisiana to Kansas and was delivered on time… thank you for having honest business

Highly recommend!! My friend referred me to Grace and I always read reviews and they made me a bit skeptical but working with Grace and dealing with other companies made me a believer!! No rate change, no hassle, all honesty and great communication. I transported my Jeep from NC to FL and I felt confident after working with Grace.

She even saved me from being scammed by another dispatch company!

Listen!!! I read the reviews I and I was so skeptical. Grace Morgan went above and beyond to put my skepticism and fear at ease. My Jeep arrived in less than 24 hours from Florida to Georgia. Smooth handoff. No price change AT ALL!! I am definitely going to use this company again. Happy customer

They lie about the price. They told you one price and never pick up your car. And then ask for more money. Don’t trust this company. Run from them..
