Was originally sent half my order but after few (un-replied to) emails, I received the other half. Happy and would use again but customer communication lacking.

Ordered paid for next day delivery, a week later after emailing them, my order got cancelled.

I have ordered a Vilac ride on car for my son’s first birthday. I was a bit late to order a present and was worried it won’t reach us on time so I made sure I chose a next day delivery. As I didn’t receive a confirmation email that order has been shipped, I contacted a customer service and was very pleasantly surprised how responsive and fast at resolving my delivery issue their were. They were very understanding (despite me panicking and sending several emails in the row) and emails were very professional, friendly and reassuring. Issue was resolved so fast that we received our car next day - on time for a birthday! I highly recommend this online business!!!! Item we received is lovely, well packed, excellent quality and my baby boy enjoys playing with it.
I will definitely use their services again!

I did not get my parcel nor any response. It’s ridiculous!

Its my son 5th birthday this week and i was looking everywhere for a nice outfit for his big day.
I ordered a lovely versace tracksuit and a matching t-shirt which came the next day. Im happy with the service as i did’nt get my an email but they replied quick.

I ordered a birthday gift for my daughter really late and they were very accommodating in making sure it arrived in time for next day delivery to make her day! I had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend this company.

Had to put down 1 star or wouldn’t have been able to write a review. Really not happy with anything from this place as bought a boss bag for my son going back to school on Monday and haven’t had so much as an email from them for 6 days. I’ve messaged them twice and no reply, so now I’m left still wondering if I’m getting the bag but not going to get it Monday now anyway. Very disappointed and will definitely not be using again.
I’m hoping I will get a bit of communication through this.

Very quick delivery and arrived on time. The little cars are brightly painted and my grandson will love playing with them. How nice to have cars that are English so that he can identify with an ambulance or police car. No good at all if the cars are American because he just wouldn’t recognise them.

Ordered some shoes off here and Rob made sure I was kept up to date the whole way through. Amazing customer services from him and will be shopping here again! Thank you :)

The product was a gift and the recipient delighted. I have been a bit mean with the score as the ordering process was to say the least traumatic with wrong addresses arc. However the follow up action was very good so I will certainly shop with Zac and Lulu again. My main problem was apart from the billing address I had no option to send it directly to a third party. This was resolved but it should be a option without extra correspondence. Hilary Edwards

Ordered and paid, order processed and then email to advise it had been shipped. Waited a week and tried to track the shipment it kept advising it had not been received. I contacted them by email and they advised they didn’t know where the order was I could do an exchange or request a refund. Disappointed as it was for a birthday present and it would have been better if they’d contacted me to let me know
