Sneakers are of better quality than luxury brands I have bought. Far better than pictures on the website. You have to buy it and feel it to understand that higher standard.

Robbie Thompson founded Zach Footwear/Zach London during lockdown to leave a legacy for his young son Zach. Some months back, I stumbled upon his work on TikTok. He has come a long way in a short period of time, and already has a decent range of stylish modern footwear. I recently won 3 pairs of Reflect Runners in a Black Friday competition. Handmade in Italian leather, the trainers are extremely well made, and finished to a high standard. Very comfortable and eye catching too. From the packaging to the aftercare package (extra laces and sneaker wipes), the whole customer experience is premium. I personally really enjoy high top sneakers. I hope these are added to the Zach range, as I wouldn't hesitate to buy them!. I look forward to Robbie continuing to grow Zach London, and raising his already impressive standards.

Top quality trainers. Fit true to size. Luxury packaging and very comfortable. Could and should become a top brand. Stylish design. Got the ice grey ones. Will buy again for sure.

I can't rate these shoes, company, and staff that work at Zachs highly enough. Awesome quality shoes, presentation of packaging everything about them is really high end. My shoes arrived but were a little too big, the returns process was super easy, really fast response to my initial email, it has a real personal one to one feel about the whole process, wouldn't think twice about making a second purchase.

The white marble perpetual runner trainers caught my eye straight away and I am certainly not disappointed with the quality of the shoe. It’s comfy as hell and looks and feels top quality. Almost don’t want to wear them so I can keep them looking pristine! Also, very impressed with the care package box including wipes, spare laces and a bag for the shoes. Zach Footwear are setting a new benchmark!

I had an issue with my delivery but the support was very attentive and sorted it right away. The shoes themselves are amazing everyone’s asking me where I got them from. Totally recommend !

Bought the Ice Grey Reflect Runner. They were delivered the following day and I can truthfully say they are the best trainers I've had so far, and the bag, spare laces etc are a great finishing touch. I will 100% buy more gear from Zach. Totally happy with my first purchase.

Very good shoes and are great quality worth every penny

While the trainers I ordered were sadly a touch too small for me, I'd have no reservations about buying from Zach footwear again.
The trainers themselves looked amazing and my initial feelings were that the quality more than justified the price.
Just as importantly, the customer service offered was 10/10. Delivery was fast and the returns process efficient, with UPS picking up my returning shoes 24 hours after I notified Zach Footwear they didn't fit. Great communication too from Robbie.
