I order some clothing from zalenddi company and I never receive them and I email then they say they sent them but they didn't and they say they sent them to me a 2nd time didn't get them neither because they never sent them the and iask for my refund and never sent my refund back neither they are a scammer

I ordered clothes back in May and never received them and my account was charged. Now I find they are scammers. Great I'm out $38.

If I could give zero stars I would . I never received any of my orders, will file a fraud claim with my bank. Most likely out the $128. If it seems to good it probably is, this was a scam for sure.

This company is a SCAM company never received anything but I keep in contact with them everyday by Email every day they answer with same messages I've asked for their website daily and customer service #, they never address that working on getting their address which is not listed also I notified Marshalls and Shein Corporate
offices and emailed them the screenshot of the ad that I took screenshots of anytime I order online, and sent them the ad they ran and they are looking into it as well

I to was scam by this company, they telling me my order was delivered but I don't have it for the second time, I was supposed to sign for it when it arrived but I never signed for anything and I don't have my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, THEY ARE DEFINITELY SCAMMERS🤬

Don't order from thos company. I order 2 times on July 2 and the 3rd. Here it is sept and it shows my stuff was delivered. They won't refund money. If feel this is a scam site. I ordered $50 for birthday presents. Never received either order.

The same this is happening with me RIGHT NOW! I ordered on July 3rd and waited 31days for them to tell me it was given to USPS but no tracking number. Then they tell me after the package is supposed Mis-delivered that they use their own logistics Company. It was delivered to a courtyard and I don’t have a courtyard. Contacted them to find out what happened. Then I tried to go back on their website and cannot, they claim because they changed the logistics of their website and it is being updated and worked on. They will not give me another website either.
They told me they are working on reshipping my order and I would need to sign for it. I told them I would.
I have all the emails and proof they took money out of my account and information they provided if i don’t get the re-shippment or my money back I will take legal action.

Never received the shirts I ordered. Can't even contact them for a refund or anything. This is a scam and they got me Good!!! Never Again. They rip you off so do not trust this website. Ordered on July 2,2023 and still have not received anything, not even a confirmation email or anything.

I Have had the worst experience of my life with them. I ordered on June 1st. I have not received my merchandise nor will they refund me. They told me that the package shows delivered and signed for. I asked who signed for it and they can't give me that information. I asked them for a replacement or refund since they can't help me on who has my package.
They "OFFERED" me 50% back due to my issues. I received today $7.41 out of the $35 that I paid. They won't give me a location of where they are so I can file a BBB complaint. Their M-Shop website is no longer active when I tried to get on there to find an address.. JUST beware this is a big SCAM!!!!!

Placed an online order on May 30, 2023. Today is August 9, 2023 and I still don't have my order. At the end of June, the tracking showed it had been delivered 2 days prior. Well, it wasn't delivered to me or my address. There was no picture showing delivery like with Amazon, FedEx, or UPS. I emailed them, and after some back and forth (and them asking me to check with my neighbors) they stated they would reship it if I agreed to sign for it. Of course I would. So sometime in early July, they reshipped. I just checked the tracking and again it says it was delivered...yesterday. Of course it wasn't. No picture, no delivery person requesting signature. I have disputed the charge with my bank. Don't waste your time doing business with this merchant. Not worth the frustration!

Tracking # shows pkg delivered...NOT. Post Office insists that nothing is tied to my tracking #. A valid USPS should have been assigned when the packaged entered the United States.
My clothing order was placed and paid for on 05/17/24 and I still have not received my package. My tracking # shows my package was delivered to the Post Office on 7/10/23. Today is 7/31/23 and I have made a claim request to cover the cost of my missing order / package.
