I only come to this website when I want to make a purchase from a brand that's not available in Hong Kong. It's a legit platform if you're going for big brands like Pull & bear and so forth. You can get them at a cheaper price than on ASOS.

However, I can't recommend Zalora's own-brands due to their outrageously poor quality. I found a hole on my dress after one single wash, and don't even get me started on the sandals, the sole was so thin and stiff it's as if I was walking on metal plates. What makes it worse is that they were not cheap, not at all. I could get some decent dresses and shoes anywhere else with that prices.

Furthermore, there has not been much promotions going on so you don't get much discount. Most of the time you have to buy stuff at their original price.

Shipping is fine, not the fastest but also not the slowest. You have to order above $399 or become a VIP to get free delivery, which doesn't sound so tempting to me. A bunch of local websites offer a lower free shipping threshold.

Overall Zalora is decent as an E-commerce website but there are so many more better (and cheaper) choices out there. I simply can't find a reason to shop here on a regular basis.

Great product

Been purchasing branded clothing and trainers from them for many years now. Always correct product delivered very quickly. In cases where I've needed to exchange due to sizing, return procedure could not be easier, print QR code and drop off at any 7-11. Replacements sent as soon as they receive goods. Generally excellent service.

Branded bag was a fake, despite their website saying they have a 'zero tolerance' of counterfeit products. They clearly display their '30 day returns' but they only give a voucher for their website. Not cash back.
Total scam.

Wow - VOMIT IN THE MOUTH, disgusting company! Worst customer service ever in any country! No morals even for small, low cost orders! I ordered in Sep 2020, returned in Oct 2020 as their items are truly terrible quality and not true to size!, they refunded 1/8 items in Nov 2020 and provided no explanation about the rest! Assuming it would be auto resolved I left HK in Jan2021 and filed a claim with my bank Feb2021 when they continued to offer gross customer service!!! April 2021 they have finally followed up saying they will return the rubbish items back to me, but only if I move back to HK - 6months after my return !! Shop elsewhere! Msg to Zalora: SEND THE GARBAGE ITEMS TO YOUR MOTHER'S HOUSE IF YOU ARE NOT ASHAMED! Disqusting, disgusting, disgusting - just for 2000HKD!

On one of my travels HK, I did some online shopping and it was not the most amazing one. While in HK, it's best to explore the city and do some personal shopping on your own or get the services of a personal shopper.

One of the most unethical companies I know of! I would give them negative stars if I could. They use false advertising regularly and often do not honour the discounts on promotional emails. To boot, they lie and give outlandish excuses for their dishonesty.

AVOID!!!!!!

Cancelled my order for spurious reasons.

Waste of time.
