Gave up buying there. Although the prices are attractive, the shoe quality is lacking and the sizing is a bit weird. Then, it is annoying to return whatever doesn't fit.

Very disappointing experience with ZALORA Singapore. I asked customer support to extend a $5 voucher for a short period and the request was rejected with the excuse that their “system controls the expiry date.”

That explanation makes little sense. If the system cannot extend it, they could simply issue another voucher after it expires. Instead, they chose to hide behind policy rather than help a loyal customer.

I had been a VIP member and spent a fair amount on the platform, but no one even bothered to check my purchase history before rejecting the request.

My VIP membership has now expired and I will not be renewing it. If a company is willing to lose customers over a $5 voucher, it clearly shows how little they value customer service.

This seems like a scam

I still have not received the item I paid money for after almost a month. There are zero updates on it's whereabouts and Zalora has not offered any assistance apart from offering to cancel my order which is not possible since it is a gift for someone. This site is a scam, avoid at all cost!

After i ordered a bag with a good price…

After i ordered a bag with a good price which they offered and 15 days passed, the customer service told me that my order still being process. And they kept asking whether i want to cancel my order or not. Upon that i noticed the same item that I order has a new price listed, much more than the one i ordered. Fyi, this is my first order from them & it going to be the last. Unethical way of doing business. Just stay away from Zalora.

Service downgraded a lot

The prices is no longer attractive. Similar or better prices can be easily found on Shopee or JD or other websites. Bought a pair of shoes and immediately Shopee got 20% cheaper offer than their discounted price. Shoes size is not accurate and I initiated an exchange rather than refund. But exchange is very slow. They use Ninjavan as courier while Ninjavan is bad as well (3 days not able to deliver within Singapore) and cannot be reached at all. Will not use Zalora anymore.

I strongly doubt it is genuine.

I’m very disappointed after unboxing the “Calvin Klein Jeans” tee, as it doesn’t look as high-quality as I expected.
First, the graphic of the text “Calvin Klein Jeans” doesn’t match the one the model is wearing. The lettering appears thinner, and the spacing is noticeably different.
Second, the fabric doesn’t even seem to be 100% cotton and feels lightweight. I strongly doubt it is genuine.
I wrote a 1-star review (I didn’t want to give any stars since it doesn’t deserve any), but afterward, I realized I couldn’t find my review on Zalora’s official website under the “Institute Logo T-Shirt - Calvin Klein Jeans” page.
Overall, it’s definitely not worth $332 (original price $490).

Finally, I appreciate Zalora's fast shipping service.

Zalora sell defective items .Pls chk carefully before u remove the plastic. .the customer service teams Sara Hassan service is not helpful sit on your problems delay reply. Unreasonable answer and it not exchangeable when your items is defective. Will not recommend this online platform.

The e-gift cards has become a scam

The e-gift cards has become a scam. You can only add one, and it is no covering shipment, so if you are forced to still use extra money in addition to gift card even if you find something cheaper that your card. And the any balance can also only be used for one purchase. Again forcing you to spend more. Will have it removed from my company’s award peogram.

You cant stack gift cards like last time

Recently got a few e-gift cards that i can use in Zalora and i was able to add one of them as store credits directly in Aug 2024 i.e. stacking vouchers. However recently they no longer allow for this, and i have 5 remaining gift cards that i had wished to offset for one branded purchase. So selling them off instead. Tried to love the platform tbh, but as with the other common reviews by others and in addition to this experience, i’d avoid shopping here as much as possible.

I swear I will NEVER buy any products…

I swear I will NEVER buy any products from ZALORA. I bought Le Labo perfume from ZALORA and what was delivered I believe is a counterfeit perfume. I have been a fan of Le Labo & have bought several bottles from the boutique. This is the first time I bought from ZALORA.

I can’t attach the photo here. Those of you who are familiar with Le Labo, you recognise the white sticker on the bottle. The one I received with a plastic sticker and I paid more than $400 for it! I returned the perfume, courier picked it up. ZALORA responded that they will process the return and the processing of the refund will take about a week. I waited for more than a month, back and forth with ZALORA for them to tell me that the SELLER rejected my request for a refund. And ZALORA also me that the box is opened so I can’t seek any refund!!!!

If I don’t open the box, how do I know it is a counterfeit product!!!

And I bought the perfume from ZALORA, I expect ZALORA to authentic the product.

Which seller would agree to refund money to the buyer?

How do ZALORA PROTECT THE INTEREST of their CUSTOMERS ??

I just received the perfume that is returned to me after 1.5 months!

I AM TOTALLY PISSED OFF WITH THIS PURCHASE AND HPW ZALORA DEALT WITH THE ISSUE.

For those who are buying branded goods from ZALORA, please think twice and thrice!

Misinterpretation of product

Misinterpretation of product!

Purchased Prada Candy for 100ml. Placed order and checked all good on the order form. Received the perfume with DO stating 100ml.

However, the actual perfume is only 80ml. I took a photo and contacted Zalora. I asked for replacement and Zalora claimed that it does not come in 100ml. Then why it was 100ml on your website, order confirmation and even the delivery note?!

They have refused to replace as I have removed the plastic wrapper. The perfume is intact with seal stopper, but they refused to replace it!

Bad experience and wasting my time.

Purchased a pair of Clarks woman shoe and found the leather mold grows, is very disgusting 🤮
The shoe seem to be a pair of old shoe kept in the box for so long ($71.10)
Email to Zalora the photo but did not immediately action.
The CS Alissa can only asked you to wait for them to check and advise. Been waiting since morning till now and totally disappeared.
Their service and item from bad to worst.
Not worth to take the risk.

My order was never received… they do not care

DID NOT RECEIVE MY OTHER ITEM AT ALL. ZALORA IS A SCAM DELIVERY MAN SAYS IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED ALONG WITH PICTURE AS PROOF BUT IT WAS NEVER PASSED TO ME PERSONALLY BY THE TIME I CAME HOME IT WAS GONE THERE IS SO MUCH THEFT AND PORCH PIRATES THAT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER IF THE DELIVERY MAN ACTUALLY BOTHERED TO CALL OR COME BY WHEN SOMEONE WAS HOME BUT HE COULD NOT GIVE A F. DO NOT BUY FROM ZALORA THEY WOULD NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR STOLEN PARCEL AND WILL JUST CLAIM THAT JUST BECAUSE THE DELIVERY MAN HAS A PHOTO IT MEANS IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED WHEN I NEVER EVEN RECEIVE AS IT WAS STOLEN.
