Don’t order from this company. Faulty item and no response after request for help in returning. Take your money then that’s it

I placed an order which I received ok. A soon as I found the item was faulty I emailed straight away. Over a week and I have heard nothing. I just want the address to return and get a refund. This was not the experience I was expecting from this company, advertise products often advertised in high end magazines. I wonder if they are aware of the lack of service after the money has been taken.

Still no response DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Who’s running this company?

Placed an order and paid for next day delivery.
Also emailed customer support.

2 days later I haven’t received or heard anything back.

Edit: next day delivery should have been the 2nd. I received the goods on the 5th. They admitted fault and made an excuse they didn’t have any contact details for me. Rubbish, they had my address, email….

Been advised I’ll get a refund however on the 6th I’ve still not received it.

Customer services are slow to reply to emails. No phone number or web chat.

7th and still no refund. I run my own business and can refund a customer within 2 hours.

Why is it taking you so long to refund me?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BUY ELSEWHERE.
