Sent the wrong item. No replies to emails. And out of service contact numbers. A COMPLETE SCAM

The first time I had a great experience, my jacket was received and I was happy. A year later (21 sep 2021) I had a horrible accident and the ambulance had to cut my jacket. Thank God I survived but my jacket was ripped of so when I got home I ordered the same jacket, the last one in stock, and paid with my cc (€150) but till this day I havent received anything. I have tried mailing them, tries FB messenger but no reply... please, I want a respond. I have paid for a product and I need to know why I have not received it yet!

I send a message thru messenger and whatsapp to help me out with the issue i’m facing which is the use of my visa card in order for me to purchase some items but to my dismay I did not get any reply from the shop. I cannot complete my order since I wanted to pay by my credit card. I aways used to pay by COD. I want to try another mode of payment but it seems like only COD is the one available in UAE.

In my opinion this site is legit and all their products are authentic and of great quality I personally have purchased two sneakers from ZANMODA and I haven't been disappointed at all though the prices are high but be rest assured that you won't regret spending a fortune on their items. I recommend it and looking forward to doing more shopping from the site.

All good the other star they is always a room for improvement make it more better,in terms of delivery and communication
