I purchased a Canada Goose coat from ZAP Clothing just three months ago. It has not been heavily worn, yet the stitching began to come undone, leaving feathers exposed through the seams. This has progressively gotten worse over time.

I contacted ZAP Clothing as soon as I noticed the issue. Their initial response was to ask for photos, which I provided — multiple clear images showing the exposed feathers and faulty stitching.

Instead of taking responsibility, I was told that this was “normal” and was given instructions on how to push the feathers back into the coat, which I found completely unacceptable given the cost of the item and how new it was. A premium, expensive coat should not require DIY fixes after a few months.

I replied explaining that this was a recent purchase and that this level of wear should not be happening. After weeks of back-and-forth emails, I was then told that the damage was my fault and that it was a “tear” — which it is not. The issue is clearly failed stitching.

Eventually, after pushing for them to review the case properly, I was told the matter had been escalated. That was over three weeks ago, and since then I have heard absolutely nothing. I followed up again and made it clear I would be leaving a public review if I didn’t receive a response. Today has come and gone — still no reply.

The lack of accountability, poor communication, and attempt to blame the customer for an obvious quality issue is extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from ZAP Clothing to think twice, especially when it comes to high-value items.

Extremely poor service. Purchased a Canada Goose coat that was very expensive, the pocket tag fell off and therefore faulty. Reported to Zap, this was referred to a internal quality control department who stated this would be forwarded to Canada Goose themselves. Coming up for 2 months since I reported this an no further communication despite follow up emails.

I will not be ordering from this company again. I purchased a jacket which unfortunately did not fit, so I returned it at my own expense, paying £15 for postage. The company states that they are not responsible for items lost in the post unless a higher level of tracked and signed delivery is used, which I found unreasonable.

It has now been well over 14 days since the returned item was received, yet I have still not received a refund. I have made several attempts to contact the company via email, none of which have received a response. I have also tried calling their customer service number on multiple occasions, but my calls have gone unanswered.

The lack of communication and failure to process a refund within a reasonable timeframe is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I have no confidence in their customer service and would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when ordering from them

Just found Zap clothing recently just during Xmas time...there pricing and customer service A+++. Zap very active in replying to social media enquiries...nothing is a hassle.

I purchased some Louboutin trainers for hubbys birthday, they were never delivered, this was back in November, I have not had my money back & this is still ongoing! I have had to replace the trainers & so am well out of pocket!! Zap could not be less interested, this should be between them & the courier but they are holding my money to ransom - appalling! Do not use them, do not trust them

ZAP has been an amazing experience for my family. Everything has seen on their webpage is accurate and it shipped with the upmost concern for a surety of quality. Everything arrives exactly as described. Could not be more happy with the customers centricity displayed by this company. They get five stars.

Excellent store, ordered online a Xmas gift , it was a pre order, I was emailed and kept informed of the delivery date along the way , delivered extremely securely with a PIN code. Packaged nicely. Very happy , will definitely use to order from again

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID, you can see from my review history, I am a normal genuine customer and user around the UK and mostly post positive reviews of my experiences in stores.

I sent a Canada Goose Vest back to Zap Clothing for a return, and was bombarded with abuse and claims of fraud that I have sent back a jacket that does not belong to them because it has a security tag on it.

I got significant amount of abuse on the phone and accused that I was trying to pull the wool over the eyes of the company. When indeed I sent back the same jacket I received, in the same colour and size, but it had all of a sudden got a security tag.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL, anyone considering ordering from here AVOID, its not worth the headache and fraud they are doing.

Again, a generic and accusing reply below from the retailer. Its not on me to prove a factory or warehouse error on an item ive received. Saying you've been doing this for 40 years is not proof, please show some proof that this could have not been a Store mistake. Immediately accusing the customer and telling them youre going to the police, absolutely ridiculous. Avoid completely.
