After a shaky start where DPD lost my parcel and had an elongated timely investigation process and I was extremely frustrated but my faith in the purchase was restored by Terry. He was a customers dream…professional, diligent, caring and extremely customer centric, he went out of his way to keep me updated constantly to the point that he tracked my replacement order throughout the day to ensure that it was delivered and that I had no further issues. Absolute credit to the organisation and I honestly wouldn’t have placed another order but he turned the customer experience around for me…so for that reason only I would purchase again. My experience was great. I ordered a pair of black Alexander McQueen sneakers and love them. I have no authenticity concerns. I live in the US and realized a few hours after placing the order I had picked the wrong size. Due to the time difference the shop was already closed for the day but they reacted to my email and whatsapp message and changed the size before shipping the order. I was so relieved. I ordered two months ago, and they cancelled it via email and confirmed they will be issuing a refund. Now I sent nearly a dozen follow-up emails and they didn't even respond.

I filed a chargeback with my bank, after which they emailed me saying the product was "delivered by email as it is a digital product." WHAT? How is a Balenciaga trench coat considered a digital item and delivered through email? Makes NO SENSE! They tried to scam me, and if I didn't purchase it through my credit card I would've been out of nearly $3,000.

The prices seem good at first, but they are too good to be true. They are scammers and have done this to multiple other customers. SAVE YOUR WALLET FROM SCAMMERS!
