This company is nothing more than a scam! I purchased 3 bug zappers for $121.83. They did not work at all so I contacted Zapify to return. The customer service rep promised me a complete refund. I paid for the return shipping. Ten days after my return was received I still had not been issued. I called the company again. This time I was told that yes they had received the package and they would issue the refund, but it was only going to be for $89.99. Zapify was charging $31.84 shipping/handling. When I objected and asked for a supervisor they hung up. (There is no way it cost the company $31.84 for shipping/handling as I, a retail customer was able to return the product for $9.20.)
I called back and was told the same thing. This rep said he was not authorized to give the $31.84. I asked to talk to someone who was authorized. He just kept saying the same thing over and over. Finally I was told he would escalate this to "the back office" and I needed to call back tomorrow.
Obviously when I call back I will be told the same thing.
This company and product is nothing more than a rip off!

Not even worth one star- tried to order and a ton of pop ups hit and I tried to back out of a sale. My phone has Face ID and the $39.99 transactions turned to $53 plus while backing out and went through.

Immediately called the company promised a full refund- refused to give a cancellation number and they partially refunded it stating a restocking fee-

Not possible as I called as soon as it went through because I was trying to back out due to all the weird pop ups-

I do not trust this company or any information they got from us

Item does not work , Asked to return it and they said it would be cheaper for them to send me a 30% refund , never got it sent emails , they said they were closing the file cause they never got the email which is a lie because I send 4 emails on this product . Total Rip Off

Absolute garbage. Total scam company. No customer service no refund no exchange Promised 30% refund. Never showed. Buyer beware. Totally disappointed no stars worse than 1 or I would’ve rated it that way

This device does not work at all. I tried it indoors and out. The most it has done is catch about 6 or 7 gnats, and that's over the course of a week. Very disappointing...

It does not work! Does not charge and when I asked for help they responded with the obvious which I had tried. Still not charging or working. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

The zapper does not zap, total waste of money.

Zapify is a joke...they do not work, not even killed one bug. Don't be fooled. I asked to return them, and I got the run around. They offered me 30% back to keep the item and not ship it back, then when I said no, they offered 40%. I shipped them back to them today...will see how long it takes to get my full refund, also it only cost me $10.50 through the USPS to ship. I can say they are a total scam. Don't waste your time on buying it. By the way I bought the 3 pack....

I just tried to place an order for several of these. After I paid they had extra charges on it that I didn’t agree with and shipping was very expensive. I question the add ins and they canceled my order and said they were charging me %15 percent for canceling ( which I actually didn’t do). I contacted them again with no further response. When I called my credit card company to block the order there was three different charges from this company and I couldn’t cancel it without canceling my card!!!! So I will then keep giving reviews to hopefully prevent others from ordering from this scam of a company!! I was really interested in this product but what a poor way to do business!!! DO NOT ORDER from this company

We bought 3 units. They are charging but no use at all! It didn't kill even one mosquito when we placed it in the backyard at night in dark! Don't believe the video posted in the site and don't waste your money. The website says 24/7 support, but no telephone number!!

I purchased a Zappify Z20 in May 2024 and received it in a timely manner. I made sure it was charged and put it out on my deck. When I went to recharge it the Zappify never recharged. I contacted customer service and they got back to me twice asking questions of proof of purchase. When I supplied the info both times I expected the problem to be resolved. No one has ever gotten back to me since. This company is dishonest. Don’t buy anything from Zappify.

Product doesn't work and getting the run around on their guaranteed return policy. Have been offered 30% off to keep the items and then offered 40% off to avoid returns. Now I'm receiving emails saying they haven't heard from me. Have a feeling they are going to drag this out and try to wear me down. DO NOT BUY FROM ZAPPIFY.

Do not waste your money. Product does not work at all. They also make it horrible to try to return and get your money back. They offer you 30% return to keep it. I honestly think that is how they must be making their money. People get tired of fighting their system. It’s awful. Don’t make same mistake I did as their website is very enticing especially when you really need a remedy for bugs.

They don’t work !!! Illumination of the light is very it’s dim.don’t look anything similar to the promotional video or pictures. Wasted my money. I should’ve bought Chinese for cheaper price it might have worked Much better.

Does not work. Tried different charging cords and charged overnight. Display won't even light up. Called for return address and they offered me 40% of my money back. I paid for postage and sent product back for full refund.

they are rip-offs , please do yourself a favor , dont buy , I paid 129$ for three units two work one does not , and the two that turn on are worthless

This thing is a joke!!!! Several hours now and Not one bug of any kind has been zapped tho Ive been bitten several times. The flies and bugs land on the thing sometimes and just sit on it even inches away from the unit bugs don't get sapped or even scared away. Now its a hassel to try to get my money back because the company seems to be hidden . I cant find out where to get my money baaaaaack. The company will also add on some kind of courtisy levey of $5 just before shipping is figured in????????
