Zappy Health used to be a quality company. Now they lie, and don't answer your questions, nor send out your order in a timely manner IF AT ALL!!! They use stalling tactics because they are insufficient, and have no communication with fellow employees, and they are frauds!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!

I have always struggled with my weight since grade school. I have never used something that worked so well without crazy side effects like jittery feelings or putting me in the ER due to chest pains and a BP so high I could have passed away. I think this is the safest drug ever. I was a little frustrated in the beginning, but I did have a friend who had used this and helped walk me through it. I didn’t feel the appetite suppression like she did right away and started wondering if I ever would after weeks of not feeling it, but finally it kicked in. My brain turned off all crazy cravings, I stopped eating a lot of foods that was contributing to my weight gain that I didn’t even realize was a contributor. Then the weight just started coming off. I like that it’s gone a little slower for me because I have so much weight to lose and didn’t want to do it so fast that I had loose skin. I am so grateful to this program. It’s the best one from the research I did. I didn’t think it was fair to pay a “membership fee” like other companies make you pay for on top of the already high price tag. I’m grateful for the reduced cost, but it still is expensive for someone like me. But I’m happy to pay for it knowing how well it works. The customer service is incredibly helpful and responsive. I have always received a lovely response from their team whenever I reach out. Thank Zappy for being here and taking care of people who really need it and want to feel and look better. I’m down 40lbs and wearing clothes I haven’t been able to fit in years. I’m learning that I was over eating, eating too late, and the wrong foods. I now enjoy foods with little to no salt, high protein, fruits and vegetables. Thank you Zappy!

Waste of money. I took the prescribed amount and feel nothing. It does not curb my appetite I feel no side effects. I tried contacting Zappy Health and there’s no one to talk to.
I am grateful to Zappy for helping me get started on my journey with GLP-1. Their service has been easy and seamless and responsive and I am benefiting extremely well from the medication. With so many choices, I am glad that I selected them from the start.

I started using Zappy in December then took a break. I was OK with them for Jan Feb. With Red Rock. I then decided to go back on it in June. Boothwyn shorted me almost half in the vile. I only had enough for 2.5 weeks. I paid 249. Theat is about 62.00 per week. They refunded me only 50.00 and now I do not really trust them anymore.bad experience this go around
Update - your response is not actually helpful. I just received an email from your company in regards to now Im shorted and will have to wait another 10 days to order more is ridiculous. Your customer service reps do not even read the emails and respond with canned emails back. Guess I will find another servicer.

STAY AWAY, this company is a rip off. They give you the run around to even speak with anyone
Impossible to speak to a live person or the licensed provider who supposedly is overseeing your care. You just go around and around in a loop with AI. The doses they provided did not result in appetite suppression and AI told me I couldn’t increase. This, even when I had no side effects history using the medication. It seems this is just another company which is capitalizing on the direct to consumer market place to pad their pockets while not delivering as promised. I should own one of these companies. I’ll be reviewing the other 1 star reviews now to see what other companies actual had live providers that listen to you, review your records and don’t just take you $700 and run.

I changed my mind about the bad review. I was mad at the conflicting information I received from customer support assistants. And I should have done more research before I purchased. And I have 2 vials that I paid for and i don’t want to use because of the side effects. Zappy doesn’t make the compound, it’s not their fault I can’t tolerate it. I’m glad the company worked out the conflicting information internally.

I wanted to cancel my order & was told that I could and that I would be refunded. I then started receiving text messages saying my order was being shipped! I reached out to customer service and was given various answers. My last message from customer service stated that if the order ships, they will not refund!! This was after telling them TWO days before to cancel. I would definitely not recommend

Let’s face it — GLP-1 meds are expensive! So, while shopping around for lower prices, I stumbled upon Zappy. The price seemed too good to be true for the 6 month package. I did my research, and saw some unsettling reviews. I was very straightforward with customer service in regards to what I had read, and asked what they could do to ensure me these comments about poor customer service, bogus meds, etc weren’t true. I was given an immediate response, and placed my order. Man! I am so glad I did!!! I received my plan within just an hour or two after my order, no face to face/video doctor visit unless necessary, and I received meds for MONTHS to my doorstep in under 5 days. Been using them for 3 weeks so far, and can confidently say there is nothing bogus about this company! And customer service is ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Thank you, Maria for everything and so pleased to have chosen Zappy!

Zappy's knowingly sold fraudulent medication to customers. Once the public found out, the doctor appeared very apologetic and promised to issue refunds. He dragged the process out just long enough for some of us to believe he was going to make things right. But by the time all the details emerged—like how the medication was being made and stored next to urine samples—it was too late to file a chargeback.
Stay away from this provider
Terrible customer service. Zappy’s chat feature is mostly run by bots, and when what appears to be a real human replies, they tell you they will forward your concern to the service department and you will hear back in 24-48 hrs. There are no phone numbers to call and speak to real human. They claim to offer intro rates with promo codes but then never follow through and do not reply to requests for invoices with exact monthly charges and plan details. Sketchy.
**Update per Zappy’s response to my review- I did reach out regarding the promo code issue and was told there was nothing they could do. Customer service talks in circles and never provides clear resolutions.

I had an issue with my subscription and my Rx being delayed and the customer service team responded to every message within hours on each message, which resulted in me not loosing my cool!!! And problem was resolved in a timely manor! Very responsive and polite and understanding team.

I started with this company in January and had no problems but this past month (march) they billed me on the 27th for my next dose.today it is April 14th and I have not received my prescription yet.When I try to message a practitioner it does not allow this option so I’m left with only the BOT option which is basically a dead end. I contacted in email what seems to be a person when I replied to one of the automated emails that my order was placed. I was told 5 days ago they have a lot of prescriptions and the pharmacy is behind. But now I am pretty late on my next dose and it is Frustrating to not talk to a person. No numbers to be found either.
