Zarax Removals Reviews

Great experience from start to finish! Provided a quote and then did a video survey and formal quote. Took everything into consideration and put me at ease all would go to plan on the day (moving house is stressful enough) very happy with the price, compared to other I had been quoted they are very competitive. The service on the day was fantastic, the 2 lads got straight to work packing the van and cleared my 3 bed semi and garden and shed in about 2 hours, no hassle. Great guys, all handled with care and precision. Then moved me into my new house, they put covers all over my new floors, put everything back into the rooms they had come from (not an easy job as on 3 floors) and again did this in about 2 hours, after waiting around for me to get the keys to my new home. Could not recommend enough and would definitely use them again. Absolutely brilliant thank you so much 😊

The firm were very good at their job. They arrived on time, packed the van quickly and carefully. They were asking all the right questions and were not pushy.
They waited patiently whilst we waited for the keys to the new property.
They unpacked their van carefully, and asked where we wanted all the goods, ie which rooms did they need going in.
There was no damage to any of your goods.
Friendly drivers and excellent value for money; I would recommend this company, nothing but a good experience.

Incredible service from Zarax. Getting a quote was quick and easy. The service we received was fantastic, we were actually doing a double move, so moving one person out into another property and moving ourselves into that property.
The service was incredible, the two blokes that came to do the moving were brilliant, they were very fast and hardworking. Everything was moved without any issues and with plenty of time to spare too. The price we paid for the service we got was unbelievable. Thank you so much Zarax!

Really friendly and efficient. Would recommend and use again.

Zarax team is very professional, they are flexible and customer focused.

I did my house moving with them this December and found their service brilliant. Be it punctuality, prices, time taken for removal and move in, attitude of the team and simply care towards details.

I would highly recommend Lucian and his team to anyone interested in removal and packing service.

They were really good, patient and understanding when it comes too moving house would recommend them to friends and family. Very professional service

It was a very stressful day but Luc and the team has made it easy and less stressful. They were very quick with the job and they handled everything with care. Luc even made sure that what needs to be carried upstairs will be there (despite most of it being very heavy). I highly recommend them. Thank you so much for helping us.

Fantastic company! Workers were on time and were exceptional. Couldn’t do enough for us . Will definitely use again. Can’t recommend enough!

Great experience with Zaraz removals. It was a rainy day so they had 4 men in total - 2 inside and 2 outside so everything was kept clean and they were very efficient and careful with everything.

The company agreed a competitive price at very short notice. The two removals guys were extremely efficient, diligent and nice people.

Amazing! Couldn’t fault these guys! Nothing was broken and huge amounts of care taken with our belongings. They made a potentially stressful day, stress free!

Best removal company so far. Their pricing is very competitive and undoubtedly the best. Their service is amazing and they are very accommodating and extremely helpful. They will always be my first priority whenever I will shift houses and definitely recommend to all my friends and family. So glad to have come across them.. 😀😀😀

Absolutely amazing experience. You only move a few times in life and my god these guys made it so easy . Great communication from all involved and incredible experience. Can not recommend highly enough

The guys were so friendly, prompt and exceptionally good. I gave little or no instructions.

Will definitely recommend

I’m very happy with the service provided. Everything was a requested. One man came with a moving van on time and helped us move heavy objects and disassembled and assembled bed. Everything was done quickly with no problems at all. Also arranging the help was very easy as person who I emailed always replied very quickly. I’m very happy with this company and would use it again.

Wouldn't use again. Lucian ordered completely wrong size vehicle for our furniture etc. Removal guys worked hard but because of wrong size vehicle it meant 2 trips and it had turned dark by time 2nd trip got to our new place to unload so my son in law had to help unload and everything went in garage for us to sort next day. When the removal guys arrived on move day they said immediately no way would all our belongings go in the van, at this stage another van should have been sent out to us but it wasn't.
Very unprofessional

Lucian and his team relocated me from Northamptonshire to Yorkshire and couldn’t have been more helpful! They were flexible with unexpected date changes, on time, friendly and super fast and efficient in loading and unloading, including providing clothes boxes and wrapping for mattresses etc. Really impressed with these guys who made the process so much easier and less stressful for me! I’d recommend without a doubt - Thanks again!

Absolutely a 5 star service at a decent price! Lucian was very helpful, have used his services twice now and both times he’s done a great job! Would definitely recommend!!

Most of us only move a few times in our lifetime so it's hard to pick a removals company as you'll probably won't need another one for 10-20 years....so reviews are important to help decide.
Luc was fantastic from the start. He was transparent with the quote and flexible when we needed to change the moving date 3 times.
On the day, the 4 guys who turned up worked solidly for about 12 hours. They took great care of our possessions (no breakages at all), securing them in the van and moving them to the rooms we asked in the new house...even when it was on the top of 5 floors!
So, if Luc and his team are available when I next move house in 20 years, I'll be giving him another call. Thank you, it was a pleasure working with you for the day.

I would highly recommend Zara’s Removals. They arrived exactly on time, got straight onto loading up, protected all my furniture, they were fast, efficient, and very pleasant people. Nothing was too much trouble. They excelled all my expectations and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Very fair price as well. Dawn
