My funds have been stuck in social copy trading since February 25, when I first asked for help to withdraw but no reply. Then on April 8, I lost access to copy trading completely and contacted support again, but heard nothing.

This has been stressful and upsetting. My money is stuck, I am being ignored, and I just want my funds back.

Avoid Zarvista

I cannot open copy trading on my account, which means I cannot access or withdraw my own balance. I already contacted their help desk, but they have been useless and the issue is still unresolved.

Blocking access to client funds while giving no real support is unacceptable. Very bad experience so far.

Funds stuck, no real help from support

I have an account with Zarvista, and my balance is stuck in social copy trading. I cannot open or access the copy trading section properly, so I cannot transfer the funds out or make a withdrawal.

I already contacted support and clearly asked them to help withdraw the balance to my registered wallet, but the response has not solved the problem. My money is still stuck, and I still do not have access to withdraw it.

This is very frustrating. When it comes to client funds, support should act quickly and provide a real solution, not leave customers waiting while their money remains inaccessible.

I just want access to my funds and for my withdrawal to be processed.

Is a scam broker, hard communication

I have applied for a withdrawal 2 months ago and when I press to submit I didn't receive the pin required on my email. I have contact them by email, chat and whatsapp, and someone replied after 2-3 weeks on email to say that is not their problem, is my email provider problem. I have sent them a request to change my email because I think is hacked, no one has replied.

Scam broker , the are lying about having licence of Commission des services financiers de l’île Maurice (FSC) which is totaly false, Attention for Moroccan users , check FSC website and search of zarvista licence you will find nothing about them.

Withdrawal still not received

Now it is one week after i submitted my review here, where i said they ignore my withdrawal. Just to update you guys that until now, i hear nothing from them still, my ticket is not responded, my withdrawal is not responded, no emails, live support not helpful at all, nothing, big fat zero, they choose to be silent and keeping my initial deposit and profit for themselves. Why trade here if other brokers offer fast withdrawals and fast responses? Safe your money guys, stay away from this broker. I am still looking for a way to submit a complaint against them, anyone can recommend me anything?

Withdrawal is Ignored

I was trading here on October, made a little profit, then i decided to make a withdrawal on October 31st, 2025, however until today, 12 days later, i have yet to received my initial deposit and profit. They simply ignore my open tickets, emails, chats, and left my withdrawal status as "pending check", whatever that means.

I have a screenshots of their ignorance to my withdrawal and open tickets as proofs if trustpilot need it, or any party need it.

I don't think they will ever return my money, i think this is how the company making money, taking our deposit and profit for their operational.

You can easily make a deposit using various method, but you will never get your money back, not even a single cent.

I am giving them one more week to send me my money, before i submit a report against them on their regulatory body.

Stay away from this scam broker.

I opened a trading account with this broker through Trustpilot. I requested a withdrawal in USDT, and it’s been more than 5 days that I’ve been waiting. When I try to contact customer support, no one answers or they close the chat. I really hope this broker is legitimate so that we can continue working with them.

Scammers

Scammers! They are not doing withdrawals! Not even the deposited amounts! I am awaiting for my deposit to be withdrawed for 2 weeks already. They marked my request as completed after a week, but I didnt receive the money on my wallet. Wrote to support and they without any explanations moved back to pending the request and said to wait to be processed again, and it is not completed for more than another week.
