Worst company to get hold of takes five days for them to reply to an email and that’s on a good day their live chat Well, I’ve been on hold almost 40 minutes
Ordered & paid for next day delivery..
Ordered & paid for next day delivery... sent out with evri.. so parcel never got to me. Now, theres 0 ways i can contact evri and there is 0 ways to contact the seller, live chat is loading for one hour straight now and no answer to emails. Will give it one day to hear back if not going to have to charge back via my bank.
AVOID
Sent back a pair of trainers via inpost which were delivered to the warehouse within a couple of days. After 5 days of no email confirmation or refund, I spoke to Footasylum via online chat and was told that they didn’t have it despite the proof from inpost. I had to wait until 14 days had past which I did. I then contacted them further as was told they’d raise it with inpost and send my details to the refunds team. Again I waited a few days and nothing so I then rang up customer services and they again denied having it but said as I have a positive history they would refund.
WTH even is that? I’m only being refunded because of good behaviour?
Would not recommend this company, gives you the run around for a refund. I did eventually get it but it took over two weeks and contacting them 3 separate times to sort it out.

These terrible reviews are accurate. By far the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. First off they sent the wrong item, which would not surprise me in the least if that is a tactic. As they then claim to not have received the return even though I had proof from the delivery service. And therefore would not issue a refund, went back and forth providing information but there was always an excuse not to refund/exchange. By this point i only wanted the refund.
Judging by a lot of the reviews people have just given up. Don't give up go through their three stage, waste of time, complaints procedure then go to citizens advice. If you paid with a credit card or paypal go via your payment method.
They should not be allowed to get away with it.

Company are a disgrace my order got left at the front door by delivery company which I did not opt for left in the block of flats I live in . I was out shopping when they delivered it got home to find no package outside customer services are not helpful at all said they can’t help me as they left in a safe place
Zavetti coat
My only problem is I could buy every single zavetti coat that was made as I think zavetti coats are just awesome as well as wearing them I would frame them up on the wall every single zavetti coat that was made is just awesome and stunning a big thank you to zavetti for making these awesome and amazing coats 💯
Fraud Company
Overseas customers, Please stay away from zavetti. There are 100 percent chances that clothes wont fit you. On their website they say that we offer free returns but when you will follow their returning process, you have to pay your own return fee which is huge.
If you try to discuss this with them, they will clearly say sorry we cant offer free returns.
Zavetti is not trustworthy at all.
PUFFER PARKA JACKET for £90 falling apart after 5months
Purchased a £90 jacket for my son, after only 3 months of use stiches start breaking after the first one broke I took the coat to a tailor to get it fix, no issue after noticing that there are another 5 or 6 broken ! I contacted customer service team who told me they will not help me as I took a Jacket to a tailor !! what a joke of an excuse I still have 5 or 6 places that clearly shows issue with the Jacket !!! NEVER again Footasylum NEVER again ZAVETTI

Appalling customer service.
I have an ongoing return since January. Whilst they are advising my account t is settled Klarna are advising it is showing as late payment at their end. Despite number emails I am having no response.
AVOID
After receiving my puffer coat for Christmas, I wore it twice and it ripped, i tried for days to get in touch to return, when they finally did, i was told to send it back, and i would receive a refund or exchange!
it took days to receive the return code, i sent it back, then heard nothing, I got In touch to which they responded with an email asking for proof i had sent it.
I sent the proof a week ago now, after emailing constantly i have had no response!
Please save your time, effort and money and stay clear from buying from here.
Very poor quality brand
Don't know why this brand is so expensive as it's very bad quality. Bought my son a long puffa coat, on the first day of wearing it the pocket zips on both sides were burst. The hood has really uneven stitching and the trim is twisted it barely covers his head. Would honestly expect to pay about £30 for this quality not £200. Will not be buying again.

Very poor quality.. jumpers full of fluff inside after every wash, front bobble and after 2 washes your think I'd had it 2 years, no stud holes sealed properly just a basic hole which trays and the coat stitching is applauding.. unreal look close and inspect these things if your dumb enough to buy .. never again will I
Good designs but not so great execution and construction.
Seen loads of reviews saying the company Zavetti (part of Footasylum) were a scam and don’t deliver or supply tracking. However had a fairly good experience with a few orders so far. Most were fully traceable, dispatched on time and delivered quickly.
The only issue really is quality of construction. I really like the designs of military combat and loads of black clothing. The construction however is a bit rough. A couple of items have had threads loose all over and stitching a bit crap and a gilet I ordered has a weird filling of very fine wirey material that is poking through the outer fabric and looking like candy floss! Have to pull it back in from behind or it rips a hole and pulls out a big clump that just keeps going. Zips are always jamming on seams as well.
Delivery was great on first order by Amazon with next day/overnight tracking constantly updated then a couple of successful next day with Evri. However my last two “next day” orders are despatched on time but as Evri don’t collect them to 3/4am they are now delivering them the following day. Ie: despatched Monday afternoon - collected 3am Tuesday morning - delivered Wednesday afternoon. So it’s becoming two day delivery for £5.99 and laying in parcel hub for a day coming at same speed as standard delivery.
Would recommend more if the construction was a bit more consistent and advise to not upgrade to next day delivery if it comes two days later as waste of £5.99 each time. Haven’t requested to send anything back as like the designs but feel like I’m having to constantly fix issues on everything so will be ordering less in future.

Have raised complaint to the payment partner as it’s best you avoid paying via those methods. If I had paid on my credit card I could have called the credit card company
Will be reporting to trading standards on Monday so hopefully I will get my money back

Ordered Rumarzo jacket using a blue light discount. Confirmation email received swiftly, followed by dispatch email, Tracking number and delivery 2 days later.
I was wary of some of the negative reviews, but my experience was faultless.
**Update to say unfortunately my coat has a fault but the live chat with Rianna was great and a free returns label has been sorted already.

This is my second order with the company as the first order was too big. I sent back and used the exchange option but was told a refund had been sent as they didn't have the size I wanted, I checked the site and they did have my size in stock which was annoying, the cynic in me thinks they probably just said that so I had to buy at full price this time round (received 15% off the first order). I did receive the refund in a couple of days and
I loved the coat so placed at full price anyway and received two days later with no issues. Despatch email and tracking number were both sent to me

fraudulent company to obtain your details, registered for 15% off never arrived so contacted them, they said they had no 15% codes and to buy and they would refund the 15%. Honestly never had this where they fraudulently obtain your data
