If I could give less I would
Order on 17th dec and told be here before Xmas. After finally getting threw on live chat (emails ignored) phone rings till cuts off
To be told oh your parcel is lost
How convenient for them
No email to even say it’s on its way
Then told I’ve started refund process and I’ll have money back in 10 days
What good is that the day before Xmas
Poor service even worse customer service
Last time I order from them online
Been to try get in touch from Monday
Which if they had some form of customer service idve been able to maybe sort something else

I nwent in the store in the Trafford centre great staff and I discovered zavetti Canada brand. I bought a jacket from this store and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful

clothes seem fantastic however customer service is awful in broken not English, dispatch time is awful and it seems return's too are also awful i will not be buying anything from this company again

They took my money 10 days ago online. Nothing. No advise of despatch, no goods.
It was my grandaughters Xmas gift.
I am going to trading standards, this is a scam, do not buy!

Terrible service!!! Sent coat back and requester smaller size on 2/12/22 .
Still haven’t received it. Can’t get hold of anyone , email 5 days for them to respond. Have waited 5 days for last response to email , they want the tracking details even though they said it had been returned!! Will have to wait at least another 5 days to hear anything.
Tried to do live chat and the link sends you to another company, no live chat , nothing.
Disgraceful service . Don’t buy online off them.

Shocking, item not received and absolutely no communication. Tried email, FB & Instagram and got nothing.

I wish I’d have done my due diligence and researched this company before purchasing, one very unhappy teenager.

ordered to items and not recieved as asked for next day delivery,tried calling 20times no answer email asking for more info on my order nothing at all even facebook nothing askes paypal to sort my refund stay away from zavetti might be impressive website but costermer service is the worst i have come across stay away there plenty better places to get your clothing from

I ordered a Xmas gift from Zavetti which was sent via Amazon delivery. Unfortunately it was lost along the way at some point and the tracking reported it as lost.
I contacted Zavetti by email but because it was over the weekend I had no response - it’s a Xmas present so I tried live chat instead.
The matter was dealt with really efficiently and pleasantly by Abbie on live chat.
I was offered a refund or resend.
I chose to have it resent and this was organised really quickly - she also put it on next day delivery.
I really appreciated how easy a fix this was and hopefully it turns up in plenty of time for Xmas.

AVOID at all costs- Ordered coat and tried to chase up non delivery- no answer on phone, live chat no one available and then says something went wrong, emailed several times and response is they’ll get back within 5 days- this never happened.

I went on live chat because I hadn't received my order. I had tried to email them but got no response. The guy on live chat was called Marc + he was brilliant he looked for my order + told me it was out for delivery made me feel so much better. I couldn't find my order on my account. He was so good I hope if it happens again I will get someone as good as him

Exactly the same that the 1 start reviews.
The charge you for the product straight away and never receive it.
You try to contact the numbers provided. The 033 is never answered and the 020 doesn’t exit when you ring it!
The chat more of the same, none replies and you don’t know where the hell is your coat and who did you pay to! Then you receive a message from DHL asking you to pay 1.85 to get your package and read it is a scam to get your money . A total SCAM

Orders 3 styles of jackets.gloves and hats.fast excellent service.i sent them an email.and 3 days later they replied.these jackets are fab quality.good price.no problems.will order again.

Paid for items had no order number to track just a thank you for your order items should of arrived in 3 4 working days can not contact them they end char online

Ordered a puffer jacket late in the day paid for next day got it the next day this is a review about zavetti website it worked out fine for me everything clean fresh and in order seems everyone having different experiences? Mine was fine

My son purchased a hat a year or so ago and I was impressed with the quality. I am lucky enough to own quite a lot of clothing from Berghaus and Northface and decided to order a gilet and two hoodies from Zavetti. Delivery was quick and I am hugely impressed by the excellent quality and attention to detail. I will definitely buy more from them. I only hope as they grow the btmrand the quality doesn't diminish as has happened with some brands.

Not sure why there are such negative reviews! Purchased a couple of jackets one from Zavetti & one from foot asylum. Both arrived next day, the quality is excellent, lovely material and super warm.

Ordered a Zanetti Canada coat for my son for Christmas. Arrived within a few days. Also managed to get £11 off using the points from previous orders with my UNLCKD ID. I have also received a confirmation with a QR code to return despite a lot of reviews saying they didn’t get anything..

Total scam ! Don’t use this site , no goods arrived and will now need to try and claim money back through my bank . DO NOT USE THIS SITE

Son wanted a jacket he chose one from these workshy bunch of incompetent jokers. Ordered and paid for next day delivery. No sign of jacket. Was offered a 10% discount as it was my first order. Offer code didn't work. I've tried emailing them, no response. Live chat doesn't work. Ringing them last about 2 minutes then the phone call drops out.

If you want to buy a jacket from them go the shop and physically purchase it. These absolute clowns have not responded to any attempt at communication from my end. Next step Is contacting the bank to get all my money back. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. IN MY EXPERIENCE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THATS IT. NOTHING ELSE HAPPENS. THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY.

Now trying things like this to inspire this appalling excuse for a retailer to get in touch and sort this out.
