1 star is really far too generous. Unfortunately there is no option to leave minus stars otherwise I would. No confirmation email sent on purchase, no items delivered, no response to my emails other than an automated one, no refund for the item I haven't received. Surely theft under the guise of a shop. If you are thinking of making a purchase please save yourself the bother and flush the money you were going to spend down the toilet as the final product is the same.

I bought a jacket for Xmas present my son from Zavetti.a month go the jacket got delivered fine,but it was too big.I took it return it from Asda.I check the tracking number it had been show the jacket had been returned to Zavetti.I never got my refund and send Zavetti loads of emails but got no reply.the live chat don’t work.this website it big scam scam scam .they will send you out the item but once you return it don’t expect to get your money back.please avoid being scam

Bought a zavetti coat for my daughter but within 2 weeks of wearing it the stitching has failed around 1 pocket and the other is not far behind .
Only had the coat for 2 months but foot asylum only give you 28 days for exchange
The product is faulty so does the consumer rights not count
Won’t be buying anything for them again

This is the worst experience I have had. Item not delivered, no reason was given for the delay and not one single response to my multiple emails. I was on the so called chat for 5hours, and no agent responded. Stay away from this company

Dont purchase. Ordered jacket but too small. No returns label included. Been trying to contact customer services for days via phone and email. No response! Live chat not working either! Disgrace!

Do not!! I repeat do not!! Waste your money on this garbage. I was so happy spending £119 on this jacket thinking it was best thing I ever done, till 3 days later threding started coming out of my sleeves and 1 day later noticed threads hanging down my hoodie which I got tired of ripping off coz there were so many till next day I realised make of my jacket started ripping off just like this company ripped me off I’ll be looking to return it back and see how it goes.

I bought from foot asylum this zavetti canada coat and in one week is ripping off on both sleevs and under my shoulder one side,i was very excited when I bought it as it looks nice, but very disappointed for the problem that this coat had!

Ordered a item for £115 never arrived and saying it was delivered to a neighbour who doesn't have it. Never order from these online bunch of crooks

After reading so many bad reviews I thought I would share my experience.
Reluctantly ordered my son a jacket as I worried about the reviews but it’s the only one he wanted. Received the jacket within 4 days but was too small. Sent it back for free using the leaflet enclosed and was refunded within 5 days of returning it. Ordered another jacket 2 days ago and received it today!
Excellent service and very easy returns.

Trying to send a jacket back and have been trying for over 1 week. Was delivered with no returns label and is too small for my son so want to return. Have emailed twice and got automated response both times but no one ever gets back in touch. It says try live chat and there is no live chat! Have rang several times and no one answers and phone just rings off. Have tried twitter with no reply. So basically I can't return a £60 jacket that I don't want and I think they only give you 14 days to return. So I think that is exactly want they want so you run out of time and are no longer within the 14 day return policy.

Amazing quality and amazing comfort in their clothes. I will defiantly buy products from here again

Steer well clear of this company! I am really shocked at how a 'reputable' company can treat customers this way. Have now returned 2 sweatshirts amounting to £80. No refund, no acknowledgement, enclosed return label 'toyou' at asda not valid, no response to messenger, live chat or emails. Phone number rings off. Absolutely appalling, now having to go through my bank to open a case for both items.

Never again...disgusted with Zavetti

Ordered my son a puffa jacket direct from Zavetti as most others were out of stock. Meant to be 2-4 days delivery time and came on day 2. Great service, not very well packaged but arrived with no damage.
Great value for money too as half price in the sale. Could be warmer but defo can’t complain at the price.
Also true to size.

Do not bother wasting your time on them, they do not help they just lie to you and do not deliver the item, they claim to use DPD delivery but then use hermes, they are a scam and do not refund you.

I have to say this is the jackets on this page look lovely but DO NOT order of this page I have been waiting nearly two months for my jacket and still hasn’t came I emailed them 3 times and I have had no reply, what a joke of a website

I wanted a Nobis or Canada Goose parka but couldn't justify spending over £1000 on a big outdoor winter leisure coat so after researching I opted for a black Zavetti Canada Turveno Hooded Parka Jacket at £119.00. I ordered it on a Sunday afternoon and it was delivered 18 hours later on Monday morning with standard free delivery. I am so impressed with the amazing speed of delivery and must say that this is a real quality coat. Maybe a little on the heavy side but looks and feels amazing. Really warm too and will be perfect for sitting watching winter football when we're allowed back into the stadiums. Would definitely recommend the Zavetti brand.

Poor customer service. I ordered a coat for £99 at the start of November however the coat was damaged. I contacted customer service and they informed me that if I return the coat the will send out another one. However once I proved my return they said they were unable to do so and told me to purchase a new coat. The coat had gone up by £20 in price and I told them it was unfair to pay an extra £20 because of something that was their fault and they agreed and informed me that they would provide me with a refund of my initial £99 and the £20 difference. Well I’ve only received the £20 and it’s been well over 2 weeks since they promised to give my money back. I’ve been emailing them everyday and receiving no response. Been unable to call them as their phone lines are off. I’ve had enough even considering taking them to small claims court as it’s not the amount of money it’s the principle.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY STOLEN!

Edit: after disputing with the company for over a month, 3 weeks of being ignored and contacting the bank, I have finally received a refund on 29/12/20. I still wouldn’t recommend supporting such an unprofessional business. Their products may look good but u don’t want to risk potentially losing your money if something goes wrong.

Ordered on the 30th November still not arrive and can’t get hold of them

Ordered a £109 coat no email to say ordered no email to say dispatched no email or card from either zavetti or courier am now without my daughters coat and can’t get thou to them it’s a joke don’t buy from her stick to shops
