Not new, missing pieces

Just got my item, absolutely frustrated there is no phone number just an email. Says returns are never accepted. However item has cosmetic damage on base no big deal but I’m missing ALL hardware, the piece for chair that connects it to the base is missing. Clearly was a resealed not new box.

Only thing is my account got hacked and…

Only thing is my account got hacked and I changed it to my other account and it keep going back to the old card I need auto pay on the card ending with the 7296 not 9976 so it made my pay late I always pay on time and idk till I got a email that it wasn’t pay I immediately paid it

I’ve been using Zebit for over 2 years…

I’ve been using Zebit for over 2 years now especially for the eCertificates for the holidays. I’ve had no issues yet and the customer service is great too. I do think the service charges for the eCertificates are high but over all very satisfied!! Thank You Zebit

I put my debit card information in like asked to do like I was already approved then in the end they denied me why take my card information if your not going to approve me fill scammed I will be cancelling this card don't trust that at all. Claim to not pull credit and says it go by 2021 also a lie cause my credit score is 600 and I have income such a waste time and energy and now I gotta get a new card cause y'all have my card info will tell everyone I know not to use this company a rip off and misleading even the fine print

Pissed

I had some payments that were late due to theft but have been with Zebit for years. I pay off my account and now all of a sudden my account is frozen because I'm now high risk????

Disappointing so far

Fully paid my account and they turn around and terminate my account

Fully paid my account and when I tried to place another order they froze my account. I reached out to the customer service and the provided that they are terminating my account because of:

Shopping behavior indicates risk - I did placed a big order for ecertificate so I can buy Christmas gifts this year. I always order ecertificate from them and no issue at all.

Late payment to us - I have a couple of late payments because i have issue with my bank but I always make the payment the next day after the due date.

Characteristics of payments used - I have two bank accounts and there times that I need to used my other card to make payments since transferring money for my other bank will take 5 - 7 days. It’s easier to just used my other card.

I ordered a PS5 bundle that is now…

I ordered a PS5 bundle that is now showing shipping on Sony but is still showing Pre-Sale on your site. I am just trying to figure out if I am actually guaranteed to get it or if I need to order one from Sony directly before they're sold out and I keep getting told my processing will be completed by mid-November (It's literally mid-November) and I can't cancel. If it is not 100% that I will get a PS5, that is ok but I just need that answer and waiting 2 days every response for a generic answer is obnoxious.

Zebit is a wonderful source!!!

Zebit is a wonderful source for finding recent products, shopping their features, and then getting the item information so you can purchase these...

...Somewhere other than Zebit.

They are hugely overpriced.

Every time I have shopped their pages and selected an item, then gone out to check prices, I find even the Zebit items "on sale" to be priced more than 15-25% above retail, even for "buy now" items.

For 18 items of merchandise I have shopped for since I joined Zebit, I purchased all of them from merchants other than Zebit.

I guess Zebit is useful for people who don't care how they spend, or those who cannot afford merchandise any other way, but for "convenient payments", there are far better companies out there, but cash always wins the day, and that's not Zebit's fault.

i was able to use this app very well with buying e certificates i paid some of my orders in full and go to purchase a certificate again and my account is frozen it seems this is something they do with my people often i have afterpay and i have never had this issue definitely not happy about this especially with it coming to the holidays
