Love the convenience of shopping on my zibit

I love this company, it has helped me make sure my son is ready for school with the E-Certs they offer, also helps make all my gift giving a lot easier with their payment plans.

I have been with Zebit since April 2021. Great products. Great repayment plans for those with challenged credit, but all customers are welcomed. Customer service agents are great, the only thing I have a problem with is not being able to speak with a real person, all done via email.

Highly PISSED I been contacting this company since yesterday when my Apple Watch was suppose to be delivered but nobody is answering calls always say to email but yet I have not gotten a response. then the company trying to charge my card the first month fee but Ian even got the merchandise and I want a refund or my fçkïn Apple Watch !

I've been using Zebit for years and have been completely satisfied, but today I'm frustrated because I cannot locate my ecertificates in my email. They were there and then the were not with no doing of my own. No customer service to assist me right away.

Zebit has been good to me. This is the first time I have been let down. Placed a order on the 1st of June and received part of my order. I emailed because I was missing part of my order. I was told it should ship by the 10th if not email them and they will talk to there shipping team. I keep looking on my account for any up date and it says still processing. So I sent another email and was told it should be shipping next few days. I gave it a few more days and here we are 2 weeks my payment will be do in a day and I don’t have my item. Just scratching my head. Feeling frustrated. If it’s going to take give me a date or something. I did pay to have it shipped fast.

Zebit was great until a charge was made for over 2,000 I did not order!! Reported immediately when a charge for 543.00 hit my bank. My bank refunded and charged back zebit. Zebits response? To freeze my account for my "fraud chargeback"!! You can't talk to anyone and even tho I reported immediately they continue to accuse me of fraud.

Zebit has everything you need. With zebit you can buy anything and not break the bank.

It's been great. The payment s are more often than I would like. But I like the payment plan option. Very reasonable priced. I've had a great experience so far. It's been great.

I received my order on time with no damages. I enjoy shopping at Zebit and the payment options that Zebit offers.

Easy way to afford items that are too expensive for one paycheck

I bought a iPhone 13pro as unlocked to sand it as gift over seas. The iPhone actually locked on Verizon for payment. The phone is setting and not useable in Egypt. Every time I email them they say well contact Verizon to open it. is it my job to unlock the phone u sand me as unlocked?. Right now I’m in contact with Verizon and Apple to sand me all the papers of why the phone is locked and under who’s name so I can go to court for false marketing.

I had ordered a New Vizio 65"UHD 4K Smart sense TV and as I was attempting to mount it my buddy looked at me and said look at the lower left corner of the TV- And when I did notice a crack in the screen. I needed assistance in mounting it, so it wasn't taken out of the box that day of delivery. I emailed customer support and explained the situation and they did an amazing job with setting up the pick-up and reversing the payments etc. I will be purchasing a TV from Zebit soon

I love zebit it's great when you dont have all the money for things you really want or need. Payments are very reasonable.

I always paid my bill someone did fraud in my bank account I had to get a new card so I was late with my payments but when I got my new card I paid it off my account was suspended still and my credit limit didn’t go up I tried to provide proof but zebit didn’t care however they did I unsuspend my account but at the same limit although I paid off my items please bring gift cards back also

Everything I’ve gotten so far has been amazing; I have had no issues with the product or the shipping speed.
