Company does not issue refunds when you return product. Tracking was sent to customer service, as requested. They acknowledged receipt of the tracking number on 1/28/2025. Package was delivered to them on 2/10/2025. I have sent multiple emails to check on the status of the refund and they have never replied. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR - IT'S A SCAM.

Zebuci’s shirts are a game-changer. The one I ordered fits perfectly and looks even better than in the pictures. Delivery was surprisingly fast, making the shopping experience hassle-free.

Around six weeks since I ordered and the last thing I got was a shipping confirmation, about four weeks ago, but, currently, none of the links in the confirmation works (i.e., to company or shipper). It shouldn't surprise anyone reading this to know that this is looking like a scam. As I look at the favorable reviews here, I'm seeing that they all were written over a fairly short period. I didn't base my order on them, but they look like what would be posted if this were a scam. Expensive lesson. Fortunately, only "bought" one item. Will update if it turns out that my jacket is on a "slow boat."

Order # 5995 for “Luxury Overcoat for Men with Thickened Fabric, Long Sleeves, and Double-Breasted Design” did not arrive as advertised. Instead, on February 20, 2025, the item delivered was cheap, fast-fashion material from China. Before the product had arrived, I had attempted numerous times to cancel the order with no response from the vendor.

The vendor’s complete removal of their website and shop on the Shop app is very shady. They
did not uphold their return and refund policy as I requested numerous times with no response
from the vendor. This company is a complete scam.

All the contact information provided below by the vendor no longer works and the phone
number is not in service. I have made every attempt to return this item with no response from Zebuci. They are complete SCAMMERS!

Order was completely wrong. Tried numerous times for them do something on order. Size was incorrect. Very poor quality.

Brought 4 items from zebuci stated leather material which was not,blazer stated deerskin which was not and low quality sneakers looked leather was not every item did not fit.emailed them because I returned the items Hanna emailed back on how to return followed there return policy. They said I didn't pay the right postage ,emailed Hanna back telling her you didn't wanna pay for customs to release the package so the U.K sent it back,then Hanna emailed back saying bring the price of the items down sent the items back and contacted AMEX on the matter I still didn't get my refund from 2024 of September!!!!!

I purchased a couple of shirts (Order No. 5989), and after waiting quite long time, I finally received my order. However, I was shocked by the quality of their product, plus I received them in the wrong sizes; I ordered both in Medium but got them in XL!!! I sent several emails requesting a return and a full refund, and they managed to totally ignore me; I haven't received a single reply from their end.

The Item I received was not at all as described and I ordered an XL and a 3XL arrived but is still tiny, made with very poor material.
I have emailed them twice to ask for a refund and been ignored so airing my grievances on here.
Zebuci is another InstaScam

I bought 4 items from them (order numbers 5116 and 5126) but I was not satisfied with two jackets, so I requested a return. They offered me the option of 50% partial refund for each if I keep them or a full refund if I prefer to return them, so I returned one and accepted their offer for the other. It has been 3 weeks since I returned the jacket and I did not receive any refund (around £500). I sent them 4 emails but no replies, so it's time to report them and sue these scammers.

I requested a refund and they refused to respond. I tried reaching them via Facebook and once i explained i wanted a refund within their 30day window, they blocked me and i could not access their page anymore. I feel taken advantage of and they do not honor their own policies. Buyers beware!

Customer services is terrible. These people are FRAUDSTERS! Do not do business with them!!! Ill never order anything from them again and you should not either. Also the quality of the merchandise is very cheap.

Fraudulent company. I made a purchase, it was very low quality for the price, returned the items for a refund as advised by the company, kept asking for refund and they said it was to be made, then went quiet and never refunded. Will be taking this further with police/ombudsman/courts. STAY AWAY

I ordered $1500 worth of clothes for a specific weekend. When i ordered the shipping date said i would receive them the week before the weekend i ordered them for. I didnt receive them until 2 weeks after said delivery date. I initiated a return within the timeframe by emailing support and Hannah gave me the address to ship it back. I spent $130 to ship everything back. According to tracking, they received the package on Jan 2nd. I reached out to Hannah and she said they will refund my order once the warehouse inspects the items. Mind you i didn't take any of the items out of the packaging because i received them after the events i bought them for. Ive since reached out 4 times over the course of days to get an update and no response. So at this point they have my $1500 i paid for the products and now they also have the products i returned during their return window. Do not use them! i will be suing them for my refund and they will be paying my attorney cost as well!

The tracking number is CH225167608US with USPS which says it was delivered and received on Jan 2nd.

The worst quality and extremely bad customer service. You will have to fight for a refund.

The quality of their cloth is good quality. I was so glad with my first purchase which made me went and bought three more items

Great company with fantastic designs and customer services..

I had an issue with the courier the left my parcel outside and never pushed a note through my door so it got stolen,but thanks to Hannah she sent a new one out free of charge,I have to say I am very impressed with the customer service and very impressed with the product,I will absolutely be using Zebuci in the future.
