I’ve been using Zeel for nearly 8 years getting at least 1 massage a month. The ability of having a good quality therapist available nearly on demand is amazing. I’ve got a roster of amazing therapists and always am able to book an appointment (sometimes with as little as 2-3 hours notice). I love that I can keep get into a zen mind space pre arrival by not having to drive, find parking and stress about being on time, then can continue the zen post massage by already being in my sanctuary. I recommend it for all my friends as an important part of self care!

poor communication and low quality control.

i routinely book on there to have therapists cancel last minute or for zeel to not be able to find a provider within the time requested. i give a minimum 2-5day notice and at least a 4 hr window to find someone for a 90min massage and often (outside of the few therapists i've prioritized), the people that show up are either really bad at body mechanics or they just are no-shows.

I used to be the biggest fan of Zeel, but over the years it's become more expensive with spottier service. I still use Zeel, but also wander over to Soothe from time to time.

It was very easy to use and connected me with a real professional.

I don't like having my provider changed last minute and not being able to reschedule or cancel the appointment based on the change. I don't like not being able to select the providers I want or not being able to communicate with my preferred providers to find a mutually agreeable time slot.

Booked massage for my hubby’s birthday. They charged my card $191 and never showed up or confirmed. There is no number to call to get a refund. Do not use- this is a SCAM

Zeel.com massage is a disappointing massage therapy organization. They are contracted with the VA for reasons that remain unclear. As a veteran, I unfortunately had the chance to experience massages from several of their therapists. The first therapist, Auna, was amazing, but she relocated after a year and was no longer in my network.

After her, I had three other massage therapists who seemed more interested in merely gliding their hands over my back than in providing an actual massage to address my spinal issues. One therapist spent 20 minutes asking questions, which was unnecessary, and then another 20 minutes focused on her personal documentation. In the end, I received only 20 minutes of what could hardly be called a massage.

The last therapist from Zeel was somewhat better at giving massages but lacking in professionalism. She was frequently late and rescheduled appointments multiple times. The final straw came when she rescheduled three times for one massage session and then used a mix of oils that did not meet my needs. I clearly explained that I needed natural oils due to my cancer. Not only were the oils not natural, but I also had a severe reaction that caused my body to break out in hives.

Overall, I would recommend staying away from Zeel.com massage. While it’s convenient that they come to your home, the lack of professionalism and quality in their service makes the experience unfulfilling. Many therapists won’t even provide a proper massage; instead, they ask an endless stream of questions and perform what feels more like hand gliding than a massage.

Scammed! I signed up for services and prepaid for massage. Once processed the account login would no longer recognize my password or reset. I finally managed to find a phone number. The representative I spoke to said that she would have someone return my call but didn’t. When I called back my number was blocked. BEWARE
